I was so dissatisfied from beginning to end. We got married and game to the Lemont 7 years ago for our wedding dinner. We requested a nicer table or tried to get the previous table we sat at but no accomodations were made. Instead we got a leftover table, this after when I booked there were still many, many reservations open. We ordered salads that never came, we got our entree and reminded the waiter we didn't get our salads so he brought them and said we wouldn't be charged. The entrees were completely subpar, certainly not worth the price and nothing like we had years ago. It took forever after finishing our meal to look at desserts or get our bill. And after telling us he wouldn't charge us for the salads, we were still charged. The decor is outdated and stuffy and the only thing going for the restaurant is the view. Supremely disappointed and wont be back. We should've gone to Monterey Bay

Our occasion was just a get-together with my daughter and SIL. He had never been to the restaurant and had heard from friends that LeMont was or “the old folks” (which we are). I told him that LeMont is about as PIttsburgh as you can get. You can’t live in PIttsburgh and not go there. He was impressed. He knew it was a place that you get dressed up to go to…show the respect for the occasion and the place as they show to you as a customer. We had a great time. All aspects were excellent.

We had an excellent dining experience in the lounge at LeMont, the staff was very polite, accommodating and helpful, especially our waiter. The views, the ambience and the entertainment was outstanding , Rick Glibert did a terrific job on keyboard and vocals. We will definitely be back on another visit to Pittsburgh.

The food and service were great. our food included onion soup, a seafood appetizer, the caesar salad and the bone in ribeye. We shared the panna cotta. Everything was very tasty and nicely presented.

Had an anniversary dinner. I have a gluten allergy and they are very accommodating. I had shrimp cocktail app with Chilean sea bass for dinner. My husband had an alligator app with crab cake dinner. All was delicious. The service was terrific!

The view of the city is fantastic. Our server was spread to thin, covering tables by the bar as well as sections on the other side of the restaurant. It took 10 minutes to get a menu. we ordered the warm Brie appetizer to start, which came out cold. We ordered filet mignon and sea bass and they accidentally brought out salmon. They admitted the mistake and corrected, but took another 20+ minutes (during which time the steak was likely under a heat lamp). It just didn’t taste very good. For dessert we ordered the bread pudding, which was very dry and tasted burnt. I don’t usually write reviews, but this was worst experience I’ve ever had in a “fine” restaurant.

It was my boyfriend’s birthday. The bartender was friendly and engaging. The view was spectacular! The food was good but not exceptional. Overall, it was a great night. You pay for the view and ambiance, we knew that.

Dinner was excellent at LeMont, the service made the experience even better with our waiter making sure our wine glasses never got empty. The view from our table of the Pittsburgh skyline was impressive! Would definitely recommend LeMont and will be there in the future!

Celebrated our parents 40th here and I have to say, it did not disappoint! You simply cannot beat the ambience. Our server Don was great and had lots of personality. Food delicious!! A precious memory was made.

This was a special birthday dinner. My daughter has Celiac disease. We explained that she needed a gluten free meal. They told us they would take care of her. The salad came out with croutons all over it. The meals were cold and not very good. This was close to $400.

Raymond did an excellent job taking care of us, checking in at the right times, and delivering each course, including cocktails and end of meal coffee, all at the right intervals. It was a pleasant and relaxing meal.

Very disappointed. We went for restaurant week, got a salad an entree and dessert for 40.83 per person. The salad was super vinegar tasting. Way way to much used. Ruined the salad. The entree we both got was the filet mignon. It was accompanied with some potatoes and carrots along with fresh green beans. We'll they ruined the filets. They put sauce on it to either cover up taste or make a bad meal. It was like we both ordered 40.00 plate of stew or roast. Worst filet I have ever had. I will never go back to this place. It is living off its name from years past. Don't waste your money, even on restaurant week.. we were at Eddie Merlots the night before. Night and day difference. The LeMont is the Pittsburgh Pirates and Eddie Melots was the Yankees. Don't sell yourself short. This sucked.

The food was great...no issues there. Service - well, that leaves something to be desired. Very slow. Could not understand the woman at all whose appearance was below the standards I would come to expect from the Lemont. The male servcer was very slow and also hard to understand. We were seated in the room in the very back room on th eright hand side. the room itself was nice, quiet, music, not crowded, but the main area seeed to have servers that were more appropriately acceptable for the lemont. I had to walk to the bar for our drinks because the service was so slow. I was embarrassed for bringing someone to your establishment.

My lover and I went there to celebrate her birthday. It was Friday at 8:00. We have been there at least four times in the past two years, so you know we like it there. The valet parking fee, $9 before any tip, seems excessive. The holiday decorations were very lovely. The live music coming from the bar area was a nice feature and it was at just the right volume to be able to enjoy it and while not having it interfere with conversation. Service was impeccable. I enjoyed a well-mixed Manhattan and we both enjoyed our wine. We split a garden salad - each of the two halves was fully sufficient. My date ordered salmon and she loved it. I ordered the breaded orange roughy and was disappointed. The fish was dry, plain, and boring. Even the presentation was completely plain and flat. We finished of our meal with some great coffee. Everything was great, expect for the orange roughy - I could have had fish just as good at Applebee's.
