We are happy to announce that we are officially back open! Although our operation is looking a bit different these days, the sun is shining, drinks are flowing, and the energy is still high here at Caddy's Treasure Island. We are so excited to finally be back! We cannot thank everyone enough for all of the love and support these last few months.

Caddy’s Restaurant Group was started over 10 years ago with the intention to bring hospitality, entertainment, socializing, and dining to an entirely new level. Our restaurant group began with our first store Caddy’s on the Beach in Treasure Island, Florida.

From there, we have been thankful enough to open an additional four Caddy’s locations all based around the Tampa Bay area.

This location is still recovering from the last hurricane but nowhere did it tell us that…business as usual. Very limited menu but not bashful with their prices. Probably won’t return.

Everything was good except we thought an owner needed to be there, if your asking your patients to support you someone in ownership should be there. I am a former restaurant owner and would have made sure someone would have been there. This is just a suggestion.

Maybe we were distracted by the 6’ storm surge from Hurricane Helene, but it made it difficult to enjoy the meal that evening. The staff was extremely distracted and nervous because of the 70 mph howling winds and the storm surge which kept rushing up against our feet. It also was nerve racking dodging the building fragments flying through the air.

I cannot believe this place has as many good reviews as it does. It was really awful. The service was good, I'll give them that. The food and ambiance was awful. We had a reservation but they had no idea where to put us when we got there. It was either 6 people crammed into a 4 top or a filthy dirty table where half the party was sitting on a sloped floor. The reservation was mostly pointless. The atmosphere was utterly chaotic. The menu looked great but the reality was very different. Their rice was disgusting. It is not fluffy cilantro lime rice but some dry, disgusting mess. The vegetables were awful. Absolutely zero seasoning and swimming in water. Just gross. The pulled pork was dry as a bone. This is NOT some great bbq restaurant as I've seen claimed. It's a young persons drunk fest and a spot for middle aged men just waiting for some 20-something to get wasted and make a series of bad decisions. Just all around gross and a gigantic waste of money. Not a good spot for families. The audacity of this place to charge the prices they do for absolutely crap food. They should be embarrassed.
