Reserved seats for our anniversary from Houston Restaurant week. To begin we should've went with our 1st minds and went to Eddie V's, Maestros, Morton's, or Del Friscoes.... trying to support BLACK OWNED BUSINESS and getting treated BLACK. That's crazy. The restaurant week states Thursday to Sunday (no specific times) the waitress had an attitude just to tell us ITS ONLY 5-8pm. Okay well mam your menu didn't say that. So my fiancé and I proceed to order off the menu and when implying about onions in the gumbo attitude was given just to say "I mean it's made that way"... I got up and walked off, because who do yall think yall are??? I'll never support this establishment again. This could've been real simple and sweet, next time I know just go to a higher class restaurant and forget vibes🤦🏾‍♀️ Kiss can kiss it....the energy just gave rude and irritated from the jump. Don't do it. Save your time and energy.

I was so annoyed that the first review I created on Google, I actually typed up while sitting in the restaurant. So I decided to have my boyfriend’s birthday dinner here and wanted to take advantage of their Houston Restaurant Weeks dinner menu. I made the reservation for 9pm. When the waitress finally arrived to the table, I proceeded to to order from the HRW menu in which she tells me that you can’t order from it after 8pm. Nowhere on their website does it states there’s a cut off time. I would’ve left but we was both dressed up and hungry. So annoyed about that so we just ordered 2 entrees and a drink. I would’ve tried more items but them not allowing you to order HRW dinner AT dinner time changed my mind. The food is definitely not worth the price. The sides are cold as Antarctica and I mean every single side we had. That Mac and cheese is terrible. Straight box. How you don’t know how to make Mac??? Smh The aesthetics is nice and so is the music but it’s three loud. I won’t be returning in the future.

It was our first time visiting KISS and we had a blast. The food was delicious and Vibes were through the roof. We will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my experience at KISS. It's a very elegant restaurant. The food was great, music was great, service was great, and the outdoor patio has amazing views of downtown.
