   Some of the reviews I had read weren't great, however we were pleasantly surprised, all servers were very kind and with a great attitude. Definitely recommend! The live music was fantastic!

   Truly bad service. We ordered an appetizer and said we weren’t ready to order entrees, then five minutes later ordered entrees. The entrees arrived, and when we asked about the appetizer, the waitress said we’d replaced the appetizer with an entree. She hadn’t asked. On the menu, the eggs were listed as coming with a choice of side, but the waitress said only bacon or sausage, not any of their listed vegetarian sides. We asked for toast, and she said they could do that. The toast didn’t arrive with the entrees, but they kept assuring us it was coming. Around 10 minutes later, they brought bread-the small loaf listed on the menu which was dry, but not toasted. We were charged for the bread, and. again, the waitress hadn’t bothered to mention they weren’t giving us what we ordered. The bottomless mimosas were kept full by a different waiter who kept apologizing they hadn’t already been filled. Food was good, especially the the pastrami sandwich.

   I was a bit underwhelmed by the food since the menu looked very promising online. Surprisingly, the atmosphere was more relaxed and quiet than I expected, even though it was Memorial Day weekend. However, anything the food presentation and brunch menu options lacked was more than compensated for the great service and the unlimited champagne deal! In general the entire staff was courteous but we particularly remember our waiters, a very lovely Brazilian lady and Lazaro. Both took great care of us and made the experience very enjoyable.

    We weren't very impressed by the level of service although the bottomless champagne came regularly other food / drinks was slow and we had issues with the some of the orders not coming but the staff did at least try to fix things and were very friendly. The live band wasn't great either. The food we did have was good but portions were small and the level of choice was slim esp. for vegetarians

    Food was not good. My salmon was over cooked and the lamb meatballs were almost tasteless. I ordered the eggplant and they brought the zucchini instead, when I finally got the eggplant I was done eating the salmon. The eggplant was delicious though. The executive chef was very attentive and tried to address the situation after he heard about my experience. I appreciated the gesture, but it was too late, I was disappointed considering it’s a Michael Schwartz’s restaurant.

    What an amazing Pastrami sandwich. Unreal. It was Sunday Brunch for Mother’s Day. There was live music. It was pouring, so we are inside. Very high ceilings with tables placed a good distance apart, so it felt safe re: Covid. I didn’t try my wife’s food, tho she said she loved the fish tacos. I got this Pastrami Sandwich that was to die for. A little fatty, but that’s a risk you run with this sandwich. The taste was unreal tho. So delicious. Not like a dry deli sandwich. This was cooked in-house, sliced, hot and juicy Pastrami. I was gonna go Benedict, but overheard the waiter telling someone at the table next to us to get the Turkey sandwich instead of what he’d picked. Bold move. I asked if I should go Pastrami instead of Benedict and he looked at me like I was a fool. It seems their hot sliced meat sandwiches are a “thing.” Good to know.

    Lovely spot in old, restored hotel. Setting nice but unfortunately our outside table was pushed indoors because of rain. Certainly not fault of Traymore, but I think outside would have been so much nicer. Hotel crowd quite evident at our brunch. Service was a little relaxed, but we are not shy people. Turkey clubs were great as were lamb meatballs. French toast a little sweet, but some people like it that way. Fries were outstanding. Bloody Marys a little watered down, but daiquiris were splendid. Overall, a lovely way to spend a rainy Sunday brunch in Miami.

    The waiter did his best, but he admitted they were understaffed and were having a bad day. This drinks came very late and food was lukewarm. I ordered the roast chicken, but got chicken medallions instead and the Parmesan fries were like MacDonald’s fries. Wouldn’t go back.

    Beautiful Sunday brunch. Not very busy but beautiful dining al fresco. Excellent service. Best bites the Genuine Eggs Benedict x 2 which currently comes with w mimosa....super delicious. We has a basket of there bread and butter wheat style bread also super yummy. since it was brunch we finished with the Traymore's Afogato- a delight for the eyes and the taste buds. You watch the coffee drip into the dessert, its fun and again super delicious with textures of toffee, ice cream, and the coffee. The warm chocolate cake was not so successful and was sent back. I would go back for brunch :)

    We waited forever for drinks and our food even though the restaurant was quiet. When our first course arrived we didn't have any cutlery or sharing plates and once we finished our plates were not cleared until just before the next course arrived - waitresses were standing around chatting so no excuse for the poor service. The bread was good and the crab spaghetti was nice enough although a bit bland. The burgers were very underwhelming - dry and so salty that I couldn't eat most of it. I always add additional salt to my food so this was extremely salty! Definitely not a foodie destination.

    The waitress was terrible- not attentive and brought our salad app along with main course. The chicken dish was delicious but the burger was way over cooked and had obviously been sitting for a while. The first martini served was so salty it was unconsumable, a dry martini had been ordered. When that arrived it was very good. A glass of wine was ordered with the main meal, and it was the teeniest pour I’ve ever seen (and much less that similar glasses poured for other diners). Despite being told that cocktails warehouse price until 8 PM, we were charged full price for the martini. The Traymore is a lovely spot and has lots of potential. However, This was not the expected experience at a Michael Schwartz restaurant.

    We found the Traymore because we wanted to have Easter brunch outdoors. We got a great table and had excellent service. Every person who works there is amazing, from the hostess Maria to our server Rosangela. We had bottomless champagne (Tattinger), live music and a very memorable meal. We’ll be back!!

    The place was very trendy and welcoming. The food was NOT good for the price. Our waiter brought us 4 big bowls for a dozen oysters, which were small . The bowls were left on the table until we finally had to wave someone over to remove them. Waiter was almost unseen and didn’t check on us at all. One of the bus people was great , however he was not our waiter. They brought us our dinner with no silverware and after 15 minutes of no silverware , we decided to leave. We told the manager we would not be paying for the food, i did offer to pay for the drinks. The manager was very understanding and apologetic and said we didn’t have to pay for anything. The waiter was rude the whole time.

    Excellent brunch in quiet setting close to the beach. Reasonable pricing for South Beach. Tasty brunch drinks. Good for couples, solo travelers, business people and friends. We did not attend the Sunday brunch 12-4 which I think is more geared toward the drinking crowd.

    Unorganized, entire staff was completely confused. Food presentation and food taste were both less than satisfactory. An absolutely disappointing experience from the time we pulled into valet parking until we departed. There is so much potential given the setting. I do not see how this restaurant could be successful - a scar on Michaels Schwartz reputation as a quality restauranteur.....

    After enjoying meals for a few years, I stopped coming after waiting in an empty diningroom for 1 and 1/2 hrs. before our expensive and inedible meal arrived. Tried again for oysters that were good, service was not. I never got a menu, was offered oysters for 3 for 5$ , but I came for advertised 1$ oysters..did get them after. . Check presented before advertised 2nd drink . Wait staff all need training!!!! I like the place as it is attractive and I live a block away, but hesitate going..too frustrating.

    Warning: This restaurant is terrible!!!! Avoid!!! Service: Terrible. We sat for an hour with no service Food: Terrible. 3/4 of the menu items were not available despite the restaurant being empty so it’s not like they ran out.... When they didn’t warn us the items were not stocked they brought random alternatives and even tried to sell us “special” bread... that they bought from a store and was nothing special. I asked for a manager... waited 20 minutes and one never appeared. We ended up leaving after 1.5 hours... never received any food and never met the manager... and then they tried to charge almost $30 for valet parking. This restaurant deserves to be out of business. I will never return and will actively discourage others from doing so.... it’s really that bad.

    Probably the worst dining experience I’ve had in South Beach! Disaster from start to finish. Other guests around us were complaining as well. Got seated late even though we had a reservation. We could tell this was going to be interesting experience when all the staff seemed stressed out & customers looked upset. We tried to order easy food that they couldn’t mess up (steak & fries & scrambled eggs w toast & potatoes). They even managed to mess this up. Steak was a mini steak served almost raw and potatoes & toast never came out. Music was too loud. Had to get up & go inside to pay our check which defeats the purpose of having an outdoor table. Will not go back. There’s much better places to eat right next door like Wave or Watr at the 1 Hotel

    While the food was delicious, the service was horrible. What do you expect when one waitress has 8+ tables. Our reservation was at noon. We didn’t receive our entrees until 1:30!

    Disappointing for a Michael Schwartz place. Bacon Bloody Mary came with no bacon and was horrible. Service was slow and rude. Waiter hardly came around for the “bottomless” Prosecco. Pork belly eggs Benedict were brought out with no pork belly. They attempted to then pass bacon off as pork belly. Breakfast potatoes were not good at all. All in all a pretty bad experience. We had to ask for check and just leave prior to even completing our meal. My advise as a lifelong local and longtime open table user....STAY AWAY!!

    **editing** the waitress saved my credit card information and has been using my card to pay for other people’s meals at the hotel today (a day later). They will not answer their phones at the restaurant or the front desk. I tried three different numbers I found for them on google to resolve it before posting here. Will be disputing with my credit card company- but beware. Horrible dinner service on a Saturday at 5:30pm. We had to walk around for five minutes to find a hostess to seat us. Hardly any customers there, and our experience was still 2+ hrs long. Food was cold. Bread never came out that we ordered. We asked multiple people to remind them, never got it. They added on a gratuity to the check at the end with only four people in our group. Never again, food was pretty, but it doesn’t taste good when it’s cold and takes forever to get to your table.

    The best part of this restaurant was our waiter, Alejandro. The braised short ribs were good, but unfortunately the menu didn’t have any choices on it. The outside was beautiful, but it was too windy for us to sit out there. The inside dining experience was less desirable. It was good, but I would probably not eat here again.
