   Absolutely horrible experience and on Mother's Day makes it even worse. I saw previous comments about similar experiences but never thought it would happen. No exaggeration...just stating the facts. It started off bad which was a sign. While the restaurant was nearly empty, we had to wait to be seated. They were sending people to the bar and comping drinks from the start. It took a while to order. To make this short but not sweet our starters were delivered 90 minutes after we ordered them with many attempts to inquire what was taking so long with starters. 90 minutes for soup...absurd but no answer other than I'll go check on it was given. The rest of our meal came out 30 minutes after that and not all at once. My meal was cold which showed it had been sitting for some time...food was definitely bland like other reviewers stated. We had to ask to speak to a manager who came out and said they know tonight was an issue but could not get into what was going on. What does that even mean? Manager comped my cold food and removed some other items from our bill. The whole thing should have been comped with an apology. We saw people walk out and not pay for what little was served after they took waited or so long. The owners should be ashamed of this kind of representation and look into what happened on this date and the common feedback from previous customers. I worked in restaurants as a teen and young adult so I always tip but this is my 1st time no tip was given. Everyone this evening played a role in this. So why did we stay and wait you ask? It was Mother's Day, downtown Inner Harbor dinner time, where else were we to go that would not have a wait or an opening? Had to stop at McDonald's on the way home... ridiculous. The view, the weather, and my family's company was the only enjoyable experience. Such a disappointment 😞

   Do not go here unless you want Terrible service and don’t want to eat. We sat for over an hour with no food served in our entire section. We ended up leaving and going to a deli around the corner and had a great experience

   We arrived at the restaurant at 1:53pm for a 2pm reservation and there was a line to the restaurant. There was not a host at the hostess stand to welcome us. I believe a manager or supervisor came to the host stand to begin sitting people. We were greeted and sat almost 30 mins later at 2:18 pm. Our order was taken and we ordered pretty simple food. No appetizers just main dishes. Our food did not arrive until after 3pm. We were about to pay for our drinks and leave. We stayed and tried our food. I had a crabcake sandwich and my friend had the shrimp and grits. She said her grits were not seasoned and could have been better. My crabcake was burnt on the bottom and my fries were greasy and needed to be cooked longer. The restaurant, itself, is beautiful and in a beautiful location. I would not recommend at this moment. Some adjustments definitely need to be made, especially with the service. The location will bring people out, especially since the summer season is upon us. I believe that with some changes, this restaurant could thrive and be considered good.

   Came here for Mother’s Day and sat outside. The food was delicious, and came out pretty quick and hot. Can’t beat the views of the harbor. The GM was amazing when we first arrived and kept checking on us with a smile. Will definitely be back!

   The restaurant has a great waterfront view. Service was slow from the beginning. We were seated and then no server for a good 10 minutes. Then we did get a visit from someone on the team. Apologizing saying it had been crazy that day due to large groups. The restaurant wasn’t packed, but had a steady flow of people so they must have been short staffed. Once we ordered, the food came out relatively fast. The southern breakfast had a good variety of items. Unfortunately the turkey sausage was dry and more like little hockey pucks. The eggs a little bland. No one came to check in during the meal for a while, so it was unclear who was our server. No one officially said I’m so and so and I’ll be taking care of you. This was my first visit, so I’ll have to decide if it’s worth giving it another try. Overall it was an ok experience. The weather was beautiful so that made it a better time.

   Had to leave before getting food…very poor service. Place wasn’t even busy, asked server if our drinks were ever coming…after waiting at least 15 minutes. Server wasn’t even apologetic, said cocktails needed to be made (duh) although bar wasn’t busy, bartenders were slowly cleaning glasses. We left before receiving any drinks or food. Place wasn’t busy a joke.

   We specifically returned to Cindy's for the green circle brined chicken entre which is no longer offered - a real shame since it was sooooo good! The pickle brined sammy is "OK" but not the same. Stacked fried green tomatoes were unremarkable. Dinner menu resembles a lunch menu, don't know what they're thinking, but this is no longer a "go to" for special evenings for us. Location is great, if the weather is decent be sure to take a table outside right on the water. Also, outside is quieter making table conversation easy. Inside is louder, lots of hard surfaces and a bar crowd that naturally adds to the noise in the dining area.

   I was excited to try this new restaurant that I read about in Baltimore magazine. The location is beautiful on the water . The ambiance is lovely. I am aware of Cindy’s reputation as a Baltimore chef. I have dined at the Charleston restaurant which lived up to its reputation as a wonderful upscale restaurant. I was very excited to get reservations for our family’s Easter dinner. I was very taken back when the food at Cindy Lou’s Fish House was disappointing. The Fried green tomatoes and hush puppies were dry and overcooked and lacked flavor. The biscuits were hard and flavorless. The fried chicken lacked seasoning. Overall everything our party of 5 tried we were all disappointed with. We frequent every restaurant in Baltimore’s Best Magazine and this was the first time we were disappointed.

    The service was horrible. After we were sat no one even approached us for 15 minutes. Than a young lady said she would be back, she didn’t return but another waiter came and asked for our order. After the order was taken by him she then returned to check on us. The food was not what we expected. Items missing of our plates and drinks. Supervisor didn’t even know the drinks and gave us the wrong drinks. When you asked for salt, pepper and dressing I took another 5 minutes so food was getting cold. Only thing we enjoyed was the ambiance and view. We will definitely not return or recommend this restaurant.
