    Service was amazing as was the food. We had a large party and they handled us very well. We even had a lately added guest and they were able to accommodate the change. Definitely will go back.

    We ordered the pear-filled ravioli and bolognese gnocchi. The ravioli was delicious, but be aware that the sauce was very cheesy and rich which I did not anticipate. The bolognese was just okay, I recommend trying a different sauce with the gnocchi. We also got the bread with tomato sauce & olives, and I wish the tomato sauce had been warm, not cold. Great attentive service from the staff.

    The ambiance is amazing on the outdoor patio in "St Mark's Square" at the Venetian. They regularly have musicians playing beautiful Italian music. Our server was so polite and attentive and the food is amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant for a romantic dinner.

    Server tipped himself in our bill. Rush our entire dining experience. This was my least favorite dining experience. Contacted the restaurant about it and haven’t heard back from them yet. Food was great as always. Service was horrible

    Our female server was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions. I have been to Canaletto on several visits over the years. The perfect combination of good food, great atmosphere and good value. It feels like an Italian outdoor cafe.

    very nice good . very nice location , he deserve 1 star for the bad choice of one of his staff can’t imagine that he opened the check and looked how much tips left and he ran after me asking for more tips ! very fancy restaurant with low class serving experience

    WARNING! You will find a 3% charge added to the bottom line of your check, clearly marked as “Benefits charge 3%”. When we asked the waiter what this was, he said management added it to help cover the extra cost of overhead such as to pay for the table and chairs. It doesn’t go to the waiter, it doesn’t help with his employee benefits, in fact they just increased for him 50% and if we wanted he would ask his manager to remove the charge. He suggested leaving a review of this unnecessary additional fee for each table.

    Don't go at 4 pm shift change. Bread plates r set on the table but they charge for it. Sergio was awesome. Then we got Debbie who should work in a jail. Lobster special was delicious as was the wine. There is no 2nd floor seating at all. Inside booths can be reserved but fair warning there's lots of traffic 2 use the restrooms. Many waiters spoke Italian and had we been able to keep Sergio it would have been 5 stars all around

    Surprisingly pleasant location right on the fake square! I guess the weather's always perfect? I really did enjoy the experience with good food and exceptional service. Purist foodies may give a thumbs down, but it was a great evening for my family.

    Loved the experience but very crowded on the holiday. If we go again we will go during the week not weekend or holiday. We live in Las Vegas so going too the strip is always crowded but I had not been there since 1999 and the changes were a lot. I cannot wait to go again I loved the food and the service was excellent. The parking was not good used to be you could go valet and no charges for valet. Parking garage now charge even for locals.

    Well let me start with the food it was average not worth the price go somewhere else . Second our waiter seems angry we asked him for an item in the menu and he couldn’t give us an answer. Also he’s and older gentleman so we were patient with him . We asked for pareman cheese and he screamed at me no we don’t put chesse on our pastas . We asked for a dipping because we like to dip bread or Witt our pizza we said we don’t have any dipping . Just plain rude it was a party of 7 . So we will not come back look for somewhere else to eat .

    We have been here many times over the years. Every time is nice, but this time the food was outstanding even though there was a "special" menu for the F1. I had the 1/2 Main lobster with pasta. A nice size lobster with great sized claws. The pasta alongside was absolutely delicious. You don't think that pasta would be anything special, but this was amazing -- I couldn't stop eating... $72 is not a bad price for that size of lobster. My husband had the lamb chops which were a special. He said they were some of the best lambchops he has had. There was a certain glaze which made them very flavorful. Our server MITCH was great -- there when you needed him and answered any questions. We will be going back -- always a great choice.

    Had dinner with Family at Canaletto. It was our first time going there and it did not disappoint. The ambiance, drinks and food were excellent! The service was amazing! We will definitely come back and highly recommend.

    Loved the ambiance of this restaurant. It was so fun being out in the courtyard and being able to people watch while eating. Both food and drinks were delicious! I would recommend this restaurant.

    It was cute being in the Grand Canal shoppes with the painted ceiling, but the menu shown on Canaletto's website is incorrect and out of date. Sadly the menu is now much smaller and everything that is still available is $7-10 more expensive. They really need to update their website. It was disappointing that I couldn't get 2 of the 3 things I wanted on the their online menu, and what I got was $7 more expensive at $29 .. for a simple chicken pasta dish. Both my and my friend's dishes were lukewarm, not hot, even though they came out pretty quickly. They also don't give bread to the table, you have to pay for it. I know things are tough, but the place was full & there was a line at the door at a couple points during our meal. The staff was pleasant, but the meal was a real disappointment. I live in Vegas & was at the Venetian for a show, and this experience is sadly why I tend to go off the Strip when dining out. Thank you
