This was my first time here. Had a great time, the host was really nice and let us wait inside until a warmer table opened up. While we were waiting we were lucky enough to get a drink inside which compensated for the wait. The food was great also. The server could have been a little more friendly but the ambiance and the restaurant manager really made us feel comfortable. I would definitely come back

The owner tried to scam us and tell us that we could only reserve under the premise that everyone attending needed to order from a fixed menu only. Besides this, when the bill came. Gratuity was included in the bill but still pressed us that tip was required. I didn’t want to spoil my husband’s birthday so I complied. We ended up paying over 1k only to end up sitting outside by the alley with the crazy homeless crackheads. My husband made the best of this terrible situation. Needless to say, we will never come back. Owners like this that take advantage of their customers ignorance are scum.

Pretty good spot to eat. Staff was incredibly diligent with the drinks and the food being delicious and tasty. A little bit of noise from the street but nothing too crazy.

My wife and I have a tradition to go a nice date night on Halloween. Usually we go out after but not this year. The dinner, the service and the ambiance was perfect. We kept taking about it the next day. Thank you so much for making it very memorable.

I had there Kobe beef burger which was OK not worth the money could've went to a fast food joint and got the same burger. They have good drinks but that's about it

Didn’t matter that we had a reservation, the hostess seated a couple of walk up guests without reservation before us. Over all the servers were honest and gave their true opinion on which foods were better. Food delivery was fast and very good.

Outstanding evening out. Waiter was great, food was great and the English Milk Punch was the best drink I’ve ever had. I would fly into town just to have dinner here.

Great experience. My daughter and I went for my birthday dinner. Servers were attentive and the patio was perfect with heaters. Food was great and we really enjoyed dining in DTLA again!

We sat on the extended part of the restaurant by the hotel. Food was good. Service was good. Although it got busier and took a while to get our final check. It was expected when you are outdoors there would be passerby’s . A guy heckled us for money and cursed us out for not giving him anything. A group of men were chasing a guy who was vandalizing cars. Too much activities for trying to enjoy dinner, but oh well the restaurant was good overall.

Food was great. Service was excellent. Due to covid, we were seated outside. It got pretty noisy due to Lakers game celebrations 🥳. The manager offered to reseat us and offered us a complimentary glass of wine. The staff was very courteous and solicitous. Definitely coming back !

The food in my opinion was ok. It tasted good but nothing spectacular. The reason I'm giving it a five star was because of the service. From the moment you arrive all of the staff is super friendly and just have a really great attitude. Our waitress was very attentive and even the bartender who brought us our drinks was super friendly. Overall the staff is amazing so even though the food wasn't out of this world, I would definitely go back since the service was outstanding.

We've just started trying outdoor dining. Faith & Flower was a great experience. The food and service were very good. It actually felt like we were eating in a restaurant. We have been to other places where it seemed more like eating take out at the restaurant

The place was nice inside, the bathrooms are clean but I suppose due to the pandemic they are starting to set up for outdoor dining... the ambience was not good at all. It was cold and the outdoor heater did not provide any warmth. The food was delicious, the waiter was nice but it took a while to get their attention to place our order initially. Overall, the food and the service was good but I feel it was was very high.

The General Manager was super sweet and friendly. Our service was pretty attentive as well. Drinks are always delicious - for my fellow whiskey lovers, I recommend the Harry Winston. Food was delicious and came out pretty quick.

The staff was extremely accommodating given the extra precautions everyone needed to take. We were offered drinks as we waited for our table and the prix fixe menu helped narrow down the items. Waiter was on point and never absent. Food came out on time and the ambiance was definitley on point

We had an early reservation and were seated outside an apartment building to the left of the restaurant in a newly created space. It took 20 minutes until someone came to serve us. From the moment on it felt as if we were excluded from the rest of the people eating. When we left there were many people sitting in the normal side of the restaurant but only us on the other side. It was a special occasion as we had family intown who had never been to LA before. No one else was seated in the area where we were put. During the whole experience people were coming and going to the apartments and opening and closing the door, knocking on the glass, it was very noisy and distracting. This use to be one of our favorite restaurants but now I can say we will not be going to any longer. It was a bad experience for $160+ dollars. My suggestion is to only get takeout and not to come to this restaurant

The inside of the restaurant is really really nice. Unfortunately, the outdoor seating isn't the best as it is right off of a pretty big street where cars would be passing by closely. But the food and drinks are GREAT, definitely love the cod and pulled pork enchilada! Would love to come back when the indoor seating is open again.

The food was amazing, from appetizer to dessert. Great service, we received all our dishes in a very timely matter and cooked perfectly. From the time we arrived until the time we finished dessert was only an hour, but we stayed longer to enjoy the ambience. The manager, Anthony, was great, very personable and made the experience that much greater. This was our first time there and we will definitely go back.
