The servers were very nice and the food was good. It was a bit warm inside but they did have fans so it helped a bit.

I've been to Urbano (Mosaic) several times over the past couple of years and, honestly, this last time was a let down. While I understand that issues with the HVAC system are not also something the restaurant can always control, the AC was out in the restaurant and it was extremely hot/humid inside. Not only that, but the food was a lower quality than I was used to (I order the same thing every time). All in all, with the mediocre food and the extremely hot and humid restaurant conditions, I felt let down by the restaurant. It was a shame because I really used to like Urbano and have recommended it to many of my friends and family.

Food was good; the queso en fuego is delicious! But they have no AC (and by the looks of their fan setup, haven’t for a while) and it was stifling inside. Our server was very sweet, but I can’t imagine working in those conditions.

The food was good as usual. The music was too loud and there was no air conditioning, they had the windows open which let bugs in which makes eating unpleasant.

I was disappointed when I ordered a drink that was too strong and they didn’t offer to change it and I charged for even though I didn’t drink it. Food was not that good either.

Their Mexican food and drinks are top notch; however the Tex Mex roast and rack of ribs were disappointing. The ribs were super burnt the first time and we had to get it remade, and it was still tough to chew. We didn't bother sending it back. The rest of food (fajitas, salsa) and service were very good and their giant margarita deal is such a good deal for margarita lovers.

My 3 girlfriends and I came here for a birthday lunch. The staff is friendly and the food was good. They also brought out 2 bowls of ice cream with candles and sang Happy Birthday to us, which was a treat. One misstep is that our waitress did not write down our order (why this is common in restaurants, I don't know) and we ordered 3 steak quesadillas and 1 chicken quesadillas. Well, they brought out 3 chicken quesadillas and one steak. It was a few bites before my friends realized they had the wrong dish. By the time we called over our server, and waited for the correct lunch, I was done eating. I'd still come back again, since I loved the food and had fun, but please write down our orders.
