This is my third time for dinner at Chayo prior to seeing my fave entertainer at Harrah’s. Great location on the Linq Promenade, great serve and delicious food for reasonable prices. Ask for the indoor outdoor seating on a nice day. Love this place!

Liked the queso with chorizo it was good although chips themselves were a bit greasy. The chicken burrito looked great when its arrived at the table. Looks can be deceiving. The filling was bad. The chicken was over cooked and dry. As a result it has no flavor. Same with the rice. I suspect the filling sat in a warming dish for a long time after it was made before being filled into the burrito. Actually a couple hours late felt sick. Burrito was bad!

The music was blaring like a night club, and I couldn’t carry a conversation. They messed up my wife’s food order twice and she wound up not eating. The waitress was argumentative when my wife asked for no salsa. Next she ordered a Caesar salad and they brought a completely different salad. The waitress apologized that she “pushed the wrong button”. I expect mistakes are made, but error after error, sorry but I expect a lot more from Caesar’s!!!

The music was so loud we had to yell in order to hear one another. Food was just ok. Margaritas were good. Go for the drinks not the food. Also, sit outside away from a speaker so you can hear. Lol

Our server I believe her name was Jessica. She gave us bottles water with no context as if they are free or a purchase. She just passed them out. She never asked how our food was while eating. She avoided part of our table and we had to call her down several times. Once we finally got to ask her about the water bottles and we asked for just tap. She came around ONCE to refill our cups. One person from our table asked for a coke. She didn’t clarify that there were Pepsi products. So she just gave her coke glass bottle. Not even explaining that after the fact. Since she avoided half the table. It took her about 15 mins to finally just exchange it for a Pepsi instead. Mind you, the person asked twice because she forgot! The food was overhyped. I saw great reviews on all social media platforms but it just wasn’t a good experience. Oh, did I mention that gratuity is included in our bill? That would have be okay to pay for if her service was good. But it wasn’t! so it was frustrating having to pay that knowing how she served us. Overall all dissatisfied,disappointed, and never coming back.

Surprised that the carne asada fajitas were large chunks of steak vs strips that make it easier to fold into a tortilla. I had the chayo salad but there was no kale included - even tho it was still tasty.

Great service and ambiance! Yummy guacamole and chips. Cocktails good too. Wasn’t crazy about the meals. Had shrimp ceviche, steak fajitas, chicken enchiladas, chicken tacos and a hamburger and no one at the table was happy about the meal. Would come back for people watching and drinks though.

Food was good but the flour tortillas sucked!! They give you 3 for a ton of food you ask for more and they charge you for 3 extras and they were hard as a rock. How do you charge for flour tortillas that cost nothing at a store. Cheap

The service wasn’t great. It was not busy and we waited about ten minutes for someone to come to our table. We didn’t get our drinks until our food came and the food looked like it was quickly thrown together. Tasted ok. Meh.

Great food at Chayo, and the portions are huge - don't think you can get the nachos and then eat all your entree, because we sure didn't, but I wouldn't have changed my mind knowing. The nachos were delicious, and then I was able to take half my burrito home for later!

We dined at Chayo during a family vacation. The food, service and value are very good given the expensive atmosphere of Vegas. We highly recommend. Loved the chicken tacos and margarita pitcher. The entire staff works so hard too.

Great food and great service! Our server was one of the bartenders and even though she was busy, she was attentive and friendly. The food was amazing. I just wish the chips and salsa were free like most other places but it’s ok. Worth it!

Mother’s Day rooftop brunch was not what we expected they could’ve had more shade or even offered or made a suggestion knowing that my mother and grandmother could have used shade or fan’s for cooling knowing how hot it was I just was not happy
