    Filet was over seasonedabd bad presentation Salmon ok bit did not like the combination and the presentation. Food was not hat when served. Expected more and was very disappointed

    Our waiter was very good but the food runners took our lunch orders to the wrong table. Apparently, that table’s diners ordered exactly the same items as our group had ordered. The mixup was not discovered for 25 minutes. This resulted in a 50 minute overall delay because the kitchen took that long to catch up with the normal lunch hour rush. Poor communication between the servers, the food runners and the kitchen staff led to the long delay. The restaurant did offer a discount due to the long wait and several staff did apologize for the error which is as much as can be expected. This gesture was much appreciated.

    This was our first time at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were large, the crab soup was over the top delicious. The only complaints I have is where they sat us, the booth was right outside the kitchen area so it was very busy and the floor was very slippery at our booth. My husband and I both slipped.

    My family and I went for brunch on Father’s Day and had an overall wonderful experience! We sat outside, which was super nice and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

    Always love the food at The Lot. Breakfast is my favorite. With the open seating and space it can get noisy at times. They also need to look at their floors as they are very slippery. I think it is the finish on them and I worry about their servers walking quickly. As well as patrons that may not be steady on their feet.

    The food and service were excellent! Everything was ala cart and expensive, but we were having a celebration so it was expected. We ordered several appetizers, salads and sides and steak dinners. All were delicious. The filets were excellent and cooked as requested. We were surprised at the sizes of the appetizers and sides. Appetizers were made for 4, but as a party of 5 we had plenty to share. The sides and (small) salads could have easily been split for 2 to 3 people. We will remember that for next time. Plenty to share and plenty to take home. They did not have mocktails listed on the drinks list, but made one to order and it was delicious also. Good to know!
