   Food was great, but service was just too slow, as the food took too long before served. We were disappointed of the location and arrangement/decor of the restaurant. Felt like it was still in the covid period. The brunch menu is a bit pricey and not comparable to the restaurant ambiance and location.

   Really nice food, very good service. The plates were beautiful, creative, and delivered. Service was super friendly, and we felt like the pacing was really good. We didn't have dessert, but they looked great. The atmosphere is good. It's nice to be outside and they have some nice furniture, but it got very warm with the heaters. Tables with fire pits in the middle were super cool looking, but they definitely didn't appear to give much room for plates and can't be conducive to sharing. It's just something to consider. They were not great at clearing used glasses and plates, and they didn't replace utensils between plates. It's a fairly casual spot, but the prices deserve a higher level that's simply not there. Finally, my biggest issue was parking. Crazy expensive even with the validation. $14 for 1.5 hrs. in self. Valet is quoted at $20 hr. Not sure what the discount for valet is, but this is the aspect that will keep us from returning. It's just offensive to expect someone to pay so much for parking to eat a nearly $100 pp meal. Ultimately, it's a good choice, but I'd really only be interested in returning if I was staying at the hotel OR if they could figure out a more equitable parking charge.

   Meat and fish was dry!!!! The service was okay I would go back to try the brunch. Food was definitely 3 out 10. The drinks were the only good thing about dinner.

   Mother's day was not the day to experience this place. Way too busy in the kitchen food came out and was not hot. Our waitress was very good but this was out of her control. I will give them another try a different time and hope it will be better.

    This is a great outdoor restaurant and the food was great except the Red Velvet pancakes. I am not sure what they were because they were a light pink color, and tasted nothing like red velvet. Other than that the live music was great and the mimosas was even better.

    Our server Vanessa was friendly, that’s about it. I kept having to ask other servers and runners to either get her or help us. We sat for dinner and ordered and sat and waited. Got our first drink like 20 minutes later. Our appetizers? Got them after we waited some more. Then the whole group got there and we waited some more. And finally the appetizers came. Then we ordered drinks and waited and waited. It was a constant waiting and trying to find this server. The charcuterie was nice. The lamp chops were more like lamb bones. I ate them in three bites plus the few grains on rice I got. Then waited and waited for Vanessa to show up and get us more drinks and remove the plates. We sat with our appetizer plates the whole time and she never picked up the plates or brought us forks for desert. On the plus side she got her gratuity tip. So luckily she got paid for her lack of service. This is is exactly why forced tips don’t work. Because you get service by the ever illusive server. In our case Vanessa. Don’t recommend at all. Like, at all. I’m glad I had great company. Otherwise I would’ve complained to management.

    My girlfriends and I went out for a Mother’s Day dinner and after sitting us they told us that the kitchen was being remodeled and the only thing we could order was chicken and a few other dishes. They said they didn’t have pasta or flatbread. After spending 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do. We ended up ordering food from the Hilton. They should post on their website if the kitchen is down and 80 %of the menu in not available

    We went there last night for my birthday. Only one waitress for all the tables, took 45 minutes to get the appetizer and one hour for main course, very slow service and like the right hand did not know what the left hand did. Food is overrated, extremely small portions, cold, mind was halibut, very salty, and my husband, Pettit filet, two stew sized cold pieces of meat. Very disappointing and when we complained, they gave us free desert…. When it came to check, they had charged us for a lamb chop we have never ordered… Overall very poor experience, would not recommend at all.

    The service was horrible. The waiter seemed unsure about items on the menu. Ordered a charcuterie board and that took awhile to come. My wine was bad it turned and was finally given a new bottle of wine. Waited over an hour for our main course and never got it. I finally just cancelled my order and left. Also, couldn’t see the view of the hills. The window shades were up and the only view I had were the cars pulling up to the Hilton. Worst experience ever.

    Bad service. Couldn’t get drink orders right. Servers did not communicate that they ran out of one of the dishes for one of our party members until everyone else was served. Then, they never brought out the replacement dish she ordered. Mediocre food at best.

    This place is a gem. Especially when the weather is nice out. There’s live music as well. The food and service was amazing. It’s a bit pricey and parking was a hassle trying to get out from the hotel’s garage. But overall, it was worth it.

    The services could have been faster. We waited 10-15 minutes before we got a waiter, and no one returned to the table to check on us about the food or if we needed a beverage refill.

    It’s beautiful driving up to the restaurant. Easy valet, parking. A beautiful ambience. I had a delicious house rosé, others had a refreshing Prosecco. My entrée was steaming hot and a nice portion. Not too big. Overall a lovely experience.

    On a cold night, nothing special. You don't get the view because there are tarps to keep the heat in. Service is slow because the waiters go back and forth between the inside and out.

    My bad for picking a cold night since the weather has been bad. Gusty winds and freezing with only semi outside dining .. The actual restaurant is basically the restaurant in the Hilton hotel just right outside by valet.. (thumbs down) Aside from that the food is literally being made by the same room service that the hotel guest get . You see the servers walking in and out with your dishes . Not a good vibe for younger crowds or wearing anything to provocative as there are nothing but families from Michigan and Wisconsin visiting the universal studios staying in that hotel.. My husband said this was the worst food he’s ever had .. i don’t know if i agree with that , but extremely bland.. Good for quick stop for a bite but definitely not a night “out”.. Also not very many dinner options. Will not be back
