The waitress was awesome but the service in general was very slow. I kicked off one star for this as the food and drinks was spot on.

Had an issue with booking on open table. Our reservation wasn’t in the system. They said they had two applications they used and they have issues. We had to either wait 45 minutes or sit at the bar, opted to sit at the bar. Food was great.

When we arrived at Scarpino the lady in the front was very rude. She was seating people that didn’t have reservations before the people that did. We ended up having to sit at the bar 25 minutes after our reservation time. Very disappointed over all.

I would to apologize for the treatment you received from the hostess on your visit. I spoke with her about making sure she is calm and pleasant with all guests, even when she is overwhelmed. I have since made sure that the managers are providing her with assistance at the door to ensure the guests reservations are fulfilled in a timely manner, and level of service is going above and beyond if something happens like this. I would love for you and your party to give us another chance to give you a great experience. After having such a great experience last time I visited Scarpino I tried it again and it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the Cacio e Pepe this time and added grilled chicken to it. It was just absolutely outstanding! From the food, to the ambiance to the service it met all expectations and then some.

I ordered Chicken Parm and it was just OK - the sauce tasted like it came out a Ragu bottle and was super tomatoey. My daughter had scallops and they may have gotten her sick - I can't be sure but they were a bit underdone. Overall the food was not really good - Pizza was ok.

We had a reservation in which we had to wait 20 minutes to get seated. We had no way to come see us, and we literally had to order our own food. Everything was very horrible. I recommend not to go there.

Our waiter was great! The only off thing about our experience was that the menu was not up to date. We tried ordering a few different wines they didn’t have them but we’re still listed. The dessert menu was also not accurate.

Food was good, but they seemed to be under staffed. Our server was not very good at keeping pace with her tables. She was not really interested in us, just that we got our food. Shrimp appetizer took forever and was just ok.

We were sat and waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When the server finally did, she was sweet and offered to comp our 1st round of drinks. Our main complaint was that everything was so sloooow. It took a long time to get our entrees and dessert. This is our 2nd time and we won’t go back. It is in a very convenient location.

We had reservations at 7:30 and the hostess just made excuses about the boss and how she has no idea when she can seat us. 4-5 other people came in for the same time reservation. There were tables that needed to be cleanup to seat us but nothing was happening after waiting 60 min. We finally left.

Well I would have happily given a review, but between Open Table and Scarpino we didn’t eat there because they weren’t OPEN at the time we reserved!!!! Shame on me for not checking the open time, but then Open Table should know that you would think before they advertise what times are available! Shame on Scarpino for accepting the reservation time and then sending me an email to confirm! Really! These reservations were made over a month ahead of time you would think someone would have noticed! So, Open table and Scarpino you both get a negative 10! Can’t trust what is advertised and that will NEVER happen to me again!

Thoroughly enjoy our evening out on the patio. We enjoyed great drinks and food. I especially like the pizza “Bianca” and chicken parm. Will be returning again real soon. Yum!!

We had a lovely dinner at Scarpino. We were looking for something close to the Westin and this is right across the street. Our server was fantastic. He was helpful with decision making and service was very efficient. There were 3 of us and we had the strawberry walnut salad, the white mushroom pizza, and the shrimp scampi and liked them all. The highlight was the delicious tiramisu!

The food was fine, not bad, not great. The timing was very slow however. We had 6:00 reservations as we had a show at 8:00. and it was after 7 with no sign on the entrees yet. Our server was very nice and let the manager know to try to speed up getting the food to us and did offer a round of drink for the delay, but we declined as we only had about 15 min to eat and leave for the show. The risotto dish was okay but not as described either - I didn't see any sign of tomato or basil.

Jeff, our server, was absolutely outstanding. Not only was he spot on with his food recommendations, but he was fantastic with keeping our “beverages” refilled promptly. Thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience & will return & will request Jeff as our server!
