Great night out. First time for both, came highly recommended. Excellent service and great recommendations throughout the night
We love Patria! It’s become our home away from home. Service is excellent, the ambience lovely and our favorites dishes are: the gambas, the filled peppers, veggie paella, branzino, and chocolate pudding for dessert!
Beautiful evening spent on their patio. Great service & enjoyed the little food we ordered but did find it pricey for the portion sizes.
Everything was delicious. The server was so friendly and gave us great advice on what to order. Can’t wait to go back!
We love the food and service at Patria. It's kind of beconing our anniversary tradition. Food - amazing. Service - attentive but not obtrusive.
Patria was a delightful find, tucked away in a hidden alcove. The atmosphere was welcoming although a little loud. Our server Sandy, was impeccable. His knowledge of the menu was terrific and conversation was a pleasure. The food was outstanding although the Wagyu beef a slight disappointment. It was priced accordingly however.
Attentive service without being intrusive and great food. We had requested a patio table where it is quieter but it wasn't available when we arrived. Instead we were given a free glass of cava while we ordered and started inside, then were moved out to the patio when the first table was available. What could have been an unpleasant experience was completely avoided by the care and concern of the wait staff. All of our selections were delicious - pan con tomate, queso con truffles, octopus and Patria paella but the scallop dish with chorizo was lick-the-plate good and we had to order a second plate and more bread to slurp up the wonderful oil. Service was well timed with our dishes arriving just as we needed more food. A wonderful evening!
Food great but servings small, particularly for a large dish paella.
Not many veg options.
Overall happy and will visit again.
It’s the anniversary with my girlfriend. They prepared champions and special plate with chocolate for us. Very sweet!
Food was spectacular, atmosphere was great and the service was on point.
It's a little pricey but not the worst I've seen.
I can't say that I'd budget it in to a regular visit but worth it for a nice date night.
You won’t think it would fill you up... but it will. Great environment. Amazing food.
Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Went into it thinking I didn’t like tapas and now I can’t wait for our next trip to Toronto so that we can eat at Patria again. Everything was perfect, from our lovely server to the ambience and of course the food. It was pure joy.
Such a great place for anniversary or bday. Really great and unique food! Must try at least once if you are in Toronto.
Decor is very nice and service is attentive. Food is well prepared although somewhat pricey for the amount. Location is excellent.
Great ambience food was little underwhelming. Might be we had high expectations and maybe we ordered wrong
The paella patria is a must!
We really enjoyed our dining experience at Patria. We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday and arrived early. The server was very accommodating to get us preferred seats outdoor. I have tried different restaurants in Toronto and Patria provides such an excellent customer service. Of course, the food is absolutely outstanding and really love their tapas selections; would recommend meatballs, mushroom croquettes, Brussels sprouts, patata bravas, queso fritto and of course Paella! I will definitely visit the restaurant again in near future!
Food was mediocre at best. Completely overpriced. Wine was $90 for a bottle when you can buy it online for $9.99...
Long wait time for the food!!! Waited over 1.5 hours for steak and paella. Other than that food was great
Great restaurant, extremely nice, professional and knowledgable personnel. Food was great, really tasty, good variety. 2 things I would improve, ventilation: it needs better AC, it was very hot inside which made the experience slightly uncomfortable. We would have staid more if that was different. 2nd one was the noise, but too noisy.
All in all a great restaurant, I would go back to and warmly recommend.
Good but not worth the price
I went here to celebrate my boyfriend birthday and I really want it to be special. The special request done through open table was not made, the plate with the tiny chocolate and written happy birthday was brought when we already asked the bill. It was not special, server looked too busy, just beer ordeRs took forever. Don’t recommend it for special Days.
My husband and I took my sister and brother in law who are visiting from overseas. The food was fresh and nicely made. I have spent three weeks traveling through north part of Spain before and really appreciate Spanish food. Patria’s is very authentic with modern twist.
The food, service and ambiance are always top notch. Thank you!!
Really good service, waiter was not intrusive at all, even refilling our glasses we dont noticed him. He was really accurate for delay in food delivery.
Really good food and ambiance, i will highly recommend this place
It’s a nice place to sit in as its nicely decorated. Bad for the price and food and servings. Don’t expect servings like normal places.
I went for my birthday and it was truly amazing. My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves
Excellent service, delicious food, and comfortable patio
overall, food is very good. our server was nice and helpful. the only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 star rating is one of your lady servers [not the one who served us] left out one dish when she packed the leftovers. kinda disappointed as that was my fav dish and i was looking forward to enjoying it when i returned home.
Amazing and caring staff made this a wonderful meal.
The staff was very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! Each dish was presented so beautifully. Our waitress was kind enough to bring a birthday treat with a candle, because I noted that we were celebrating a birthday when I made the reservation on Open Table. Thank you for your thoughtfulness! Highly recommend for a great date night or special occasion.
Everything was perfect; ambiance, food, servlce...
Great server, great food!
Great ambiance and service. The food was good, but not unreal. The croquettes were delicious, the paella was good but the seafood was over cooked, and tartar was average.
Menu was great. Service was great. The shareable portions are incredible. Even better than the paella. Would come back and just order more tapas. Was excellent.
The food was okay, but definitely overpriced for what they offered. The "queso frito" ($ 14), for example, which they have as a plate to share, was really disappointing for the price. It was just 2 tiny pieces (like one inch long) of fried cheese with a small piece of walnut and fig on top. Is that even enough to share?!
Tha small paella plate is also overpriced for what it is ($ 33), and they claim you have to allow for 45 minutes time to prepare it because flavours have to blend. Which would be fine, except that the paella was completely tasteless and the rice was quite overcooked. Definitely not worth the price.
Great flavourful food, great variety and excellent service.
The paellas are always amazing!
The service has always been great to me every time I have visited Patria.
Overall: great experience!
Not sure what was better - the food or the staff
