   This restaurant was simply Wonderful from the food to entertainment.Only thing is the rice was kinda dry.I had the lamps chops which was amazing & juicy along with potatoes yum & the veggies perfect The host of the show was great.He was very funny & knew his stuff such as entertainers as he referred to audience.I would highly recommend this restaurant to others especially for events such as birthday celebration it's definitely 5 stars.

   Worst place ever. Loud and obnoxious. Left early. If I wanted a Las Vegas experience, would have gone to Las Vegas. Not authentic at all. Felt like Disney. Way overpriced. HATED it

   We had a wonderful time, the show was amazing, the MC is very professional and fun, the food was excellent . Our waiter, although was polite, he was not attentive at all. Dirty plates and glasses were left for a.long time and I cleared them myself by putting them on an empty table. I was constantly having to ask the waiter to check my guests for drink orders. The bday cake was brought out without the candles I had given to the hostess. Only the sparklers. No serving plates and folks were brought at the same time or shortly after the bday was delivered. Therefore we had no plates to give to our guests for cake. I had no choice but to one of the private rooms to gather plates and folks to serve the bday cake. The upholstery on the dining chairs are stained and look filthy, the bar area seating is very uncomfortable, the cushions have no support and again are very stained. The restaurant appears to be weathered and requires replacement of the soft furnishings.

    I went in and waited 40 minutes to have our order taken before we left. This was after waiting 15 minutes and asking for a buster to get a waiter.

    The service was horrible. The show didn’t start until almost 9:30 when it says it starts at 8:30. Then the first 30 minutes is the host going to each table to ask why they’re their and it’s just really really repetitive. The host didn’t have much variety at all in his banter and commentary the whole night but especially then so it didn’t add value in my opinion. The performers that did go were great so not to take anything from them, but the intermission is just as long as the show and the music is so loud because they make it a dance floor (was not aware that was happening so fyi if you go) you could hardly hear across the table. The food is pretty average. Our waiter was terrible. We waited like 20 minutes for him to come by the table at all to ask for the check and he didn’t. So we sought him out to ask for the check and he said he’d do it. Another 20 minutes pass and we go get him again when he’s just hanging around and ask where our check is and he still doesn’t immediately do that. I would definitely not go again. If the dancers perform elsewhere I would go see them.

    The service was terrible and when we complained to the manager we were met with a very bad attitude. I had complained that it was my friend birthday and I asked the sever to bring the bday cake slice and he never did so when I expressed my concern to the manager they brought the cake but instead of cinnamon on the top it was cumin… totally gross! Took forever to get out checks and they wouldn’t separate it out. The entertainment was good but the service was trash.

    I am 54 years old and have eaten in all different kinds of restaurants and for the price, this is 100% one of the worst top three meals/experiences in my entire life. Will never go back. 1) service was poor (even considering the shortage now adays ...was beyond that) and the restaurant automatically included on the bill a 20% gratuity tip which was NOT deserved for two people. 2) We were seated at a booth and the ledge behind me was dusty so I question the actual cleanliness of the place. It is a restaurant/entertainment venue so they have a ton of decorations all over and you wonder how often all that is cleaned...I would guess not much.... yuck 3) The food was by far the worst - literally barely ate any and neither did my husband. We had a chicken dish that was supposed to come with couscous that had almonds and apricots and plums Not a damn piece in there and it had a funky taste. The chicken looked like it has been soaking in dirty water for days...oh boy not good at all. 4) The show was VERY loud and catered to larger groups for "birthdays" and shout outs...it was like we were at a club. The only GOOD thing were the belly dancer - that's it. The MC was loud and obnoxious and intolerable. The music was blaring at like a million decibels.... The entire experience was horrendous we left mid show....it is an hour and a half that I will never get back :( DONT GO!

    The Moroccan chicken tangine was delicious. Decor and ambience were colorful, decorative, and interesting. Go around 6 pm for a quiet, private, romantic dinner or go around 8 pm for a more lively atmosphere and enjoy the show. The Mysteriosa variety show starts around 8:45 pm.

    We were a little offended as we had the first table directly in front of the show and all the performers blatantly passed us and interacted with every table in the restaurant except for us. Won’t be coming back.

    2nd time there and I was wow again Alhambra is awesome. Great vibe, entertainment, and Fine dining all under on roof it doesn't get any better! This place ranks very high on my list of going out

    They had a private event in the main dining room. So they put us in the front room. Did not offer us the upstairs of main dining area. We were told after we ordered we could have sat there. They are still charging 5% Covid surcharge. Added 20% tip to the bill even though it was a party of 5. Dining area in front was no good. They were setting up and moving tables the whole time we dined. Did not give us enough water. Ordered royal feast for the family and came with one small dish of rice. He did give us another for free which was nice. Waiter was nice but the experience was not good.

    The main restaurant was closed for an event. It was dull and dreary. Food was avergae. The waiter was very sweet. Rest of it sucked. Not worth the high cost. Poor choice to celebrate there in that awful ambience.

    The food was adequate not great. The show was pretty terrible, it started late and during the intermission they opened the dance floor and it turned into a nightclub. The music was awful! If I wanted to go out to dance I would have gone to a nightclub. The intermission turned into a half hour dance party. We left before the show even ended. I am so disappointed in the whole experience especially with the money we paid to go out that evening!! I would NOT recommend this to a friend!!

    Beautiful place and a fun experience but it is very understaffed and they need to hire some people. The servers seem stressed and they do their best but are overwhelmed. Food was only ok at best for the price. Probably a better spot for an appetizer and drink.

    We went for my Daughter’s birthday and they put on a awesome show with belly dancers that performed, a dancer, fire blower (awesome) aerobatics act the host was funny and entertaining. I was kinda close to the stage but over all had wonderful experience!!
