    Beautiful experience. Food was not very good. The chicken and filet tasted the same, that was odd. The problem here is they nickel and dime you. 23% gratuity and a minimum purchase per adult plus a $5 entertainment fee per person. While the show was fun and the hostess was hilarious it felt slimy when we saw the bill. Overall we enjoyed our night and the performers really were wonderful and very talented! I would have rather paid just to see them and had dinner elsewhere.

    What a gem. The performers were great, talented and engaging This place is an exceptional value. Where can you go for dinner and a show where you can have fun and even dance if you want to with the performers. So much fun. The food was good, service great and the show wonderful. Beautiful place I highly recommend for a family or friends or anyone visiting from out of town . Awesome

    For being Sweetest Day you'd expect long lines and wait over an hour an so on. Here, everyone was courteous, nice, service was great. Ahme was great at serving us! Alhambra Palace also offered photo service to remember that day as well. Food was delicious. Rice was tender not hard, meat was juicy and not dry. Drinks were perfect.

    Went to celebrate a birthday with dinner and the show. It seemed that most tables were there for the same purpose. The host created a very up-beat atmosphere but the show was not at all as portrayed on the website. The food was fine and desert was great! Service was OK but not as attentive as I would have expected. Also the margarita ordered by my partner was UNDRINKABLE which was replaced with a glass of wine at no charge. The ambiance of Alhambra is unmatched in Chicago.

    Super loud performance, server did not attend to us, had to flag him 3-4 times to get his attention, food was dry to the bone, drinks were not tasty, overall would not recommend anyone to go there ever. Requested take out box to give the food to homeless, never received it and left extremely disappointed overall.

    We had a blast! The food exceeded our expectations! It was a simple menu, but the kabobs were juicy and tasty, accompanied by grilled vegetables and fluffy rice. The drinks were well done. The energy was great and the entertainment were awesome! We had so much fun, brought our granddaughters, was family friendly. The host of the show was phenomenal! Great energy!

    Disgusted and Disrespected. I have never had a terrible experience. Where do I start. We ordered 4 appetizers and one came so late with the entrees. Half our table got their enteres before the rest of us, even though we all ordered together. The drinks were terrible, for 18$ a drink the juice tasted rancid. The waiter was no where to be found but they had about 10 runners. In the end we ordered dessert, the waiter came to “check us out” 20 minutes after we ordered the cheesecake, that we didn’t even get yet! It has a huge disappointment. Save your money, do not come here. You’ll have better luck finding water in the desert than a waiter or food. It is really sad.

    I was really excited to take my take my husband out for his birthday! We were sat at a table that rocked back and forth. A worker tried to fix but was unable to do so. We were not offered another table. It took a very long time to receive our food. Our waiter moved very slow. He took a long so long to follow-up regarding the check we had to call the manager. The manager came out and apologized and offered a dessert or drink for each of us. This was my second time here but not an experience I would be willing to pay for in the future. The show was nice but service is everything!

    It was a good evening apart from the fact that my group got charged for an extra drink that we didn't order which by the way we had to wait for for almost half an hour. Food was good, the appetizers were kinda bland but the rest of the food was good. Entertainment was great.

    Very poor service, have to full water yourself.. can’t get drinks after the 1st one. Food showed up randomly and if asked for anything outside eg lemon or onions, took forever and a few reminder

    We were an hour late for our 10pm reservation. The staff was welcoming and keep the kitchen open for us. The food was amazing and we were treated very well!

    The ambience was amazing first time we went in a place where we were on the floor the whole night . The service was poor waitresses never come to check on us not even to open the whiskey bottle we ordered! The tips need to be optional just in case you receive bad service like we did . Everything else was stunning

    Had a wonderful time and enjoyed the show. We were a little disappointed that we were not in the main dining room due to another event booking that reserved the whole room. The restaurant probably should have let us know ahead of time as much of the experience is the ambience and the alternative room is nice but not the same. Also, we did not realize a lot of the experience would include a dance party for guests. My family would have worn different clothes and shoes had we known this. We thought we were just going to watch a show after eating. Would go back, better prepared!

    Excellent experience! Wonderful atmosphere and good food! We had the steak, lamb shank, and salmon-all were good. The lamb shank was so big we took some home. We also had appetizers and deserts. We had fun taking pictures of the amazingly decorated “palace” itself, no detail is spared. Highly recommend.

    This restaurant was simply Wonderful from the food to entertainment.Only thing is the rice was kinda dry.I had the lamps chops which was amazing & juicy along with potatoes yum & the veggies perfect The host of the show was great.He was very funny & knew his stuff such as entertainers as he referred to audience.I would highly recommend this restaurant to others especially for events such as birthday celebration it's definitely 5 stars.
