We used to love this place. The food is always good. The last 3 times the service has not been good and it wasn’t due to our server not paying attention. He had way too many tables last night for one person and it was hard to keep up. One of our pastas was not enjoyed but no one even asked. There were 2 maitre d’s standing on their phones downstairs and at least one could have come up to see how the guests were doing or even helped out a bit. We had to wait for our second drink and it came when we were done with our meals which sat finished on the table for over 20 minutes. There were 4 of us and we were sitting for 2 hours. Just not acceptable. There were many empty tables and I am guessing because people don’t want to put up with the wait. When we left we were told to have a good night by the maitre d’s. They didn’t bother to ask how everything was. This had nothing to do with the waiter himself. This poor service is due to the restaurant management.

Wonderful all around! Great salad and pizza! We started with the artichokes which was a table favorite.

What an amazing restaurant! I felt like I was in Italy. The staff was friendly and professionally and they didn’t rush us at all. The food was outstanding and I will definitely be back. And make sure to order the cannolis!

We were a party of four for dinner at an outdoor table. It was a nice evening given the weather. We shared a margherita pizza as an appetizer. For main dishes we had the duck campanelle, eggplant parmesan, chicken parmesan, and the shrimp/clam pizza. The food was delicious with nicely sized portions for the price. However, the service was very slow even though the restaurant was not crowded. It took a while before the waiter came back for our order, and some delay between the appetizer and the main dishes were served. The entree for one of us (the other pizza) wasn't brought to the table for 10 to 15 minutes later than the others. We had to remind a waiter to ask about the status. We asked about desserts and a waiter brought over a menu. After waiting about 15 minutes, no waiter came back to ask for our order. So, we just asked for the check.
