   Drove over an hour and a half to go eat at Cowboys, totally worth it. Food was great and service was fantastic. Love the place Highly recommend you won't be disappointed.

   We had to wait even with a reservation, around 15 minutes. The meat that came to our table was medium well or well, not the rare that was asked for. The server was good but had too many tables. The staff was nice. Overall, we have had better Brazilian steaks. We won't go back, probably. It was very expensive with a lack of options on the buffet. I wish i had better to share about our experience, it just was not great.

   My waiter/waitress never came to my table. The food was amazing, the salad bar was great, but I never got any drinks or refills on water. I would love to go back, but with a different experience hopefully

    This was the restaurant we chose for my mother for Mother’s Day and what a wonderful choice! The meat selection was yummy, and the salad bar was amazing. Our waiter as well as the guys and girls bringing the meats around to the tables were very attentive. The restaurant had a pleasant ambience. I would definitely recommend.

    The meat choice wasn't offered at our table enough. We didn't get the pineapple offered at our table until after 2 hours of eating other items. We has to request it. I was more satisfied with reservations at 8:00pm then coming at 6:30pm. The servers wasn't observing the tables enough.

    Salad bar was great. Most meats were excellent, brisquit was lot of fat as well as another meat was very chewy. We were given a nice side room, it would be better if you could put something on walls to absorb the sound.

    We arrived a few minutes prior to our reservation and were promptly seated. Although the restaurant was already quite crowded, we ordered and received our cocktails very quickly. The selections at the salad bar were many and all were fresh. The Gauchos were all very pleasant and attentive. Overall a very nice evening!

    Food was mediocre. The salad bar was the best part in my option. Not worth the price. Meats were mostly over cooked and tough. All of them lacked flavor. Not somewhere I intend on going back.

    Though I enjoyed the food, having a reservation seemed essentially pointless as we still had to wait as long as walk-ins. It even took some time before we were even acknowledged after walking in. Now I am sure some of this may be due to a staffing issues (just assuming, I don't know for sure) but considering how expensive the meal and drinks are, I expected top tier service. I would still recommend this restaurant to friends but I would caution the hang ups.

    Overall the experience was okay. We had reserverations for 7:15pm but didn't get seated until after 7:40pm because they were busy. The food was good but I think they should have a different variety of sides.

    The gauchos are very attentive but some of the meat is way to salty. Chairs could be higher. Felt like I was sitting on a squatty potty. All in all 3.5 out of 5

    Ribs and Lamb shops were superb as was the pineapple! Plus, their black beans (over rice) is the best I've ever had! It was a perfect Easter Sunday dinner!!!

    This restaurant has always been one of our favorites for both my wife & me. We elected to have just the salad bar and as usual, got absolutely wonderful food. The have a very wide selection of items to choose from meat-wise, e.g., Brazilian Chicken Salad, Shrimp Cocktail (fresh), smoked Salmon, etc. The other salad items are equally tasty, e.g., Brazilian potato salad, fresh cut cheese items with cold cuts, tossed salads with a wide variety of dressings, chopped fresh Italian peppers & fresh cut mozzarella topped with peppers. And the mashed potatoes were wonderful topped with hot fresh mushroom gravy, rice & black beans. We finished off with some of their delightful grilled pineapples - sweet & delicious. You can't go wrong with this restaurant!

    Very bad experience. 745 reservations. Seated 8ish. We had 5 servers with food, filet, lamb, sausage, chicken and flank. After 815 no more food was served. 820 waitress asked if we wanted anything in particular, we said just waiting for them to bring more food. 824 waitress came and took our plates & brought ticket. $170 to leave hungry and rushed out in under 30 mins is awful!

    Food ok.. nothing special, but what to be expected in a chain restaurant. Service was terrible. Seated no waiter for 10 min. Ordered a bottle of wine took 20 minutes to get that, and had to see the hostess to get it done

    You made me feel like a black man experiencing eating at a restaurant in the southeast of America. Home of the enslaved Africans. Skews of meat were ignored at our table because your waiters assumed we were not going to eat. When I complained to the service he said "How do you like your meat?" Then explains how those skews of meat were rare to medium rare. The meat that started coming to our tables looked burnt. They assumed we wanted all our meat well done. Stereotypical blacks. Well not this group. We actually can read a book.
