    Our first time but won't be our last!!! The Bacon Wrapped Figs are the bomb!! French Onion soup was just as good. Don't think you can go wrong with any choice!!

    Let me explain why the poor ratings on food, item by item: > Oysters in Rockefeller had strange taste and appearance. I believe they were Canned! Small little rubbery dark nubbins buried in good cheese and spinach. I was told there would be no shell. I believed this was to alleviate dining mess for the customer, NOT SO. It was pure camouflage for not so good tasting oysters. While on the same trip, we had wonderful fresh oysters on the shell every other restaurant we tried. Trilby's was the only one who advertised as "fine dining". > Brussel sprouts over cooked. Color unpleasant grey green >Trout Almandine, smothered in hundreds of capers creating a need to pucker while consuming and attempting not to eat more capers. Almost as tart as eating lemons. >Trout Trilby, overwhelmed with cheese so much so that the mild trout was lost >Calamari, Not crispy, batter falling off. Taste okay. Ambiance, simply lovely. Price for ambiance for 4 people with wine $400 +

    We ate with some friends—-everyone enjoyed their meal, and Travis was an excellent waiter. Service was attentive—-we wanted some downtime to talk, and we were never rushed. We all enjoyed our food…the trout Trilby and chicken piccata. Will definitely be back! (Locals)

    Trilby’s is our go to restaurant almost every Saturday. The food is always on point and the staff is beyond attentive. Trilby’s is a MUST to have dinner or brunch on a Saturday

    Kristen and Nick took great care of us, party of 2, it was quieter than expected, but everything was recently renovated. The food was fantastic. She had the Pampano, and I had the Redfish. The Trilbys oyster appetizer was fantastic as well.

    We eat here all of the time but the menu changed and we loved it! We started with Oysters Rockefeller and the Seared Tuma that were both great. You must try the pork with the risotto with mushrooms and peas, it is awesome! We also had a special for the evening a chicken dish that was also wonderful. I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant, give it a try!!
