My son introduced us to this restaurant. The food was excellent but it was definitely not worth the price. The salad bar was really awful. The selections completely lacking if you compare with nearby Fogo The service was good except the waitresses hovering over the table and making us uncomfortable. One female waitress was so obnoxious that she even touched my husband as she was taking an order from him. It was extremely disrespectful to me and my children. We will not be returning.

Went for our sons 23rd birthday .. first started off nice with welcome then we wanted waters only tap water they on purpose started pouring from bottles but we didn’t realize it wasn’t tap, then they would not come around with what we wanted for awhile, we asked for mashed without cheese and chives they still brought out mashed with chives, we asked for a photo with the meat servers three times, finally saw both managers talking for a long time and gestured them to help .. then and only then did they peek up and realize the bad service .. they auto add 20% and we should have given 10% as we got half service .. the manager finally got all the meat guys together for a photo and brought son a gift card for a free meal we used it as we won’t be going back. Terrible service for $600 worth of meals.

Very nice restaurant. We got the "full experience" dinner with the salad bar, side dishes at the table, and any of the meats brought around on the skewers. The waiters were very attentive and even brought us a complimentary dessert because it was our anniversary. I would definitely recommend it.

I was disappointed. The server was really aggressive with the water. Lots of slamming and sloshing. Not friendly in meeting our needs. The salad bar seemed to be missing a lot from past experiences. The gauchos did not come around and we missed most types of meat and had to ask for them and still didn’t see them all (lamb). We had to ask for a check and it took forever. We were supposed to get a gift card for Fathers Day and that didn’t happen. For what we got, it was way overpriced. We have been frequent guests but not sure we will be back.

I have been here many times for special occasions over the last 3 years. Every time I have a visitor from out of town, we come here because it is delicious. In the past, it has been a lovely experience, but it has gotten progressively worse over the last year. Starting with the hostess acting like she’s doing me a favor seating me for my reservation. It is loud and has the vibe of a carnival cruise. They get you in and out of there in less than an hour so if you are trying to enjoy your dinner, this is like speed eating. The waitress was throwing the water into my cup, splashing water everywhere. They only brought 6 cuts of meat by the table starting with the cheapest and never getting to the garlic picania:-( never brought the sauces the offered me. The meat guys are polite, no complaints.I was wondering why they kept filling the water. I figured it out when I looked at the $400 bill, they charge you 5$ for the “spring water” that comes out with no lid, surely from some sort of refillable water in the back. You have to get your own plate. They charged my 11-year-old full price. She ate a small bite of sausage and one dry chicken wing. Four of us racked up a $400 bill. I did not get any alcoholic drinks. I would much rather gone to ricks or something. I will not be going back. Too bad, you lost a seriously loyal customer.

Great food, with an impressive variety of grilled meats - mostly beef, but there was chicken, lamb, sausage and shrimp as well. The grilled pineapple was a nice change of pace. The appetizers were a good assortment of greens, cheese and cured meats. The servers were very attentive and courteous.

The overall experience was phenomenal!! The service, the hot food items ... really hot off the grill... were OUTSTANDING! Of course, the pineapple was sooooooo goooooddd! The Salad Bar selections were varied and tasted wonderful!! We will be back again!

Some of the best service that we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this restaurant. They cater to your every need and are kind while doing it. The food was also delicious with a ton of selections. The salad bar was yummy and the presentation was on point- my daughter fell in love with the potato salad while I liked everything that I tried. I can’t say enough positive things about this place- we will definitely be back.
