I did not research the menus before I envited a friend. It was mostly breakfast two sandwiches and a lobster bisque. I had the french dip, it was soggy before I could dip it in the thickest aujus sauce I have ever had. The homemade chips were good. My friend had the eggs benedict. She ate all of it. There were only a total of three tables the whole time we were there, including us. I think a better menu would be more inviting to people. But I love the Chaz, have stayed at the Rapheal numerous times and have had dinner cocktails there many times. So I was so surprised.

Went for the music and the food. Wine and appetizers were excellent. Would have given 5 stars but the mashed potatoes with my husband’s entree tasted like instant. Unexpected, given the quality of the rest of the meal. Excellent service and music!

We had a delightful experience at Chaz. The sea bass and KC strip and frites were great. Only meal disappointment was the deviled egg appetizer. It had little to no flavor. Mauricio was our server and was awesome.

Reservation was confirmed by OpenTable, then reconfirmed via text. After driving 3 hr, found the restaurant to be closed. Unbelievable and very unprofessional. Not sure if the problem was with OpenTable or Chaz, shame on them both!

Absolutely great dining experience. Great staff - our waiter was extremely professional and timed our meal perfectly. We tried the Port Wine filght for dessert👍 Highly recommend this restaurant for dinner at the Plaza.

Went for our anniversary. Couldn’t have chosen a better place if we tried. The management made sure our occasion was top notch. We asked who was responsible for the hotel and restaurant and they said Amy. Thank you Amy for creating such a wonderful environment. Our server Sayda was absolutely amazing. Food was incredible, and the music from the lounge was in great taste. I was with the most amazing lady on earth and she got the treatment she deserved. Thank you!!!!

We had came here for my fiancés birthday dinner surprise I had planned.. and the service was amazing! I believe her name was Joylenda (sorry if I miss spelled) but she was super sweet and had such an amazing lively personality. She really made the experience and also a treat coming here to Chaz! She took pictures for us and all! Will definitely be back!

We love Chaz! We have breakfast there almost every Sunday, and have dinner there at least once a month. We’re always greeted warmly, the servers are very nice and attentive, and the ambience is wonderful. One of our favorite KC spots.
