Service was fabulous, food delicious…Highly recommend the calamari fra diavolo! Tables in the front by the window are nice but the area is warm likely due to the pizza oven. We had to ask to put the ceiling fan on! Overall, we’d happily go back, just sit in the main dining area.

Service was OK at best. I never like to hear excuses as to why service is slow especially when the restaurant was at about 75% capacity. Didn’t have my wine selection which was disappointing. No advertisement on parking at the hotel next door causing me to go to a municipal lot and walk. Food was normal. Not my favorite. Questionable as to when or if I will return.

We went to Chazz to celebrate my brother in laws 60 bday .. Martino our sever was top notch .. we were treated with VIP service Excellent food and service ! I would recommend 💯

Great service and ambiance, wonderful table by the window was cozy and warm. Service is a 10/10. Disappointed in the food, it was lacking flavor and my guests agreed. $38 for a chicken parm with a simple red sauce is just price gouging even for NY standards.

Nice environment inside the restaurant. Welcoming hospitality and food service. Food was very disappointing. This Chazz location seemed to have better food when it opened. Gone downhill now. Sadly.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Service was great as always, so attentive and polite. The food was absolutely to die for. The ribeye special was the best ribeye I have ever had and my fiance absolutely loved his lamb dish. We LOVE dining here

Overall it's a decent spot for old school Italian. but... The large wait staff seemed too inexperienced to handle what looked like 50% capacity. So a lot of staff, for the size of space, walking around a lot yet no one came back to check if we needed anything after food was served plus it took almost 10minutes to get the check after asking for it. Perhaps we're used to NYC service but, either way, the food was good enough to try again.

Food, service and ambiance were fine. Our group of 6 found the menu to be very expensive. We shared 3 appetizers and 2 pizzas, and on avg had 2 glasses of wine each. The bill was well over $300 before tip. We had perused the pasta and entree menus prior to ordering the pizzas, and concluded the menu items were way over priced.

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a friendly member of the staff. Then I noticed the crisp and minimal colors of a room that was well designed and inviting. They took rather commonplace store fronts and turned them into beautiful homey rooms with a timeless atmosphere. There was artwork on the walls, but nothing prettier than a lovely tapestry across one of the walls. Dining chairs and tables were very comfortable. White tablecloths on each table were clean and crisp and the tableware was so elegant. I did think the tables were a little close to each other especially when they put a table of diners right next to us even though the place was not crowded yet. The menu was infinite when it came to Italian food. Each dish is displayed with utmost artistic flair. Portions are on the large side and very tasty. It is so easy to get to the restaurant from the parkways and there are a few parking lots nearby, one in particular which is associated with the restaurant. Also, there is plenty of shopping around for before or after you dine. Along with the staff, the man named "Tony" could not have been more obliging and friendly. I would not hesitate to call it a very delightful experience.

Went here for their restaurant week lunch special. Service by their staff was exceptional; they were super attentive and ensured we were satisfied with their work. The restaurant was pretty empty when we went, which provided for an intimate atmosphere where we didn’t have to struggle to hear one another! Most of all, food was excellent; it was cooked super well and the portions were a great size. We were super full after our meal! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the overall experience provided by this restaurant. The traditional Italian music playing in the restaurant was a special treat! Definitely would recommend this beautiful place as it is very much worth the visit! 10/10 experience and would love to come back someday for another delicious meal :)

The food was scrumptious and the service great, considering hw busy they were. It was so nice that the waiters sang to the birthday girl, candle lit. Only a slight complaint that it was quite warm in the restaurant, lots of customers!

The Restaurant Week Special menu three course meal was incredible. I had the Calamari and it was fresh and the sauce was made perfectly. The St. Petersburg fish was a good portion and very tasty. The dessert I had Tiramisu was a good portion and was delicious. Good service and environment.

Food was fine, service great. I think the Tiramisu wasn't home-made, but it was OK anyhow. Would definitely consider going back.

Everything was great - waitress did not write down order, salad was incorrect, brought to a person with gluten allergy. Server brought back to the kitchen and it was promptly corrected.

Sunday I was “not” presented with the check before asking for it. Why this time was it brought to the table before I asked? Food was ok. Last time it the food and service was excellent. This time notsomuch.

My mom and I had the best lunch experience. Our Maître d was outstanding and made us feel right at home. My mom and I had wonderful conversations with him and he made my birthday even more wonderful. The food and ambience were exceptional and we can’t wait to come back around Christmas time.

Beautiful restaurant with excellent service. Unfortunately food wasn't great - pasta fagiole soup was essentialle penne in a broth; bolognese tasted like jarred sauce with ground beef. Might give it another try during restaurant week!
