Having been in the restaurant business for 30+ years, I am amazed when the staff and chef do not accommodate a simple request. I never said no in my businesses and think the word no should be removed from the staff's vocabulary. Not our first time but may be our last. There is veal on the menu, there is chicken parm on the menu, why the kitchen would say no to making a veal parm for two people at our table, I cannot understand. The excuse was how busy they were. It was not that busy, in my opinion, having been 75+ deep all at once in the kitchen myself as a chef over the years. It takes little to no extra time to fry veal for parm in lieu of Sorentino, especially if they have chicken parm on the menu already? Add in that the waiter gave us the wrong leftover packages, (we got home and had left over food in to-go containers what was not ours), we might not be back. I hate to give bad reviews but needed to voice my opinion on this experience.

Excellent service, excellent food. Great atmosphere. Walked here after the movie. Enjoyed a few of the specials and a few of our favorites. The chicken franchese is excellent as well as the salmon. This is our second time here, the first being Christmas Eve, and we’ll be back!
