The food quality was pretty poor. Popovers were dry and dense not freshly made, tasted stale and dry. The Avocado toast was mediocre at best.

I've been meaning to try this restaurant for a while, finally had the chance. Big disappointment!!! Beautiful place inside and out, but that's about it. Hostess put us right by the kitchen, where everyone walks in and out even tho the restaurant was almost empty. On request she did end up moving us to a better table. Server was just meh and weird. After we ordered, we were admiring the place since it was our first time. One of the managers came over and made a comment-observant much?! No introduction, no how are you doing, nothing!!! I said , this is our first time, just checking the place out. He said I noticed and walked away. What an arrogant, cocky comment. In a restaurant like Orchard Park, I was expecting a welcoming, friendly manager. As I said no name mentioned, but it was the muscular bold guy. Food arrived, presentation was nice, but the flavor was not there. For a David Burk restaurant and the price they are charging I expected better selection and much better food. It was such a disappointment. Mediocre service with mid level food and horrible management. No wonder the place was empty on a Saturday evening.

This was our second time dining here but unfortunately it will probably be our last. Our first time we ordered the porterhouse for 2 which was certainly not worth the $ charged. This time we both decided to have the filet mignon. Which was even worse. It lacked taste and wasn’t cooked to our specifications. We both ordered medium rare and they were certainly overcooked in addition to being very dry. The plate the steak was served on had a bunch of what they called watercress which looked like a bunch of dead, dry leaves which certainly wasn’t very appetizing. The steak was also placed on top of a sauce which seemed to be a very tasteless BBQ sauce. Overall, a very disappointing, overpriced meal which is why, unless they learn how to cook a steak, we won’t be returning any time soon. Additionally, it was odd to be able to reserve a table on a Saturday night on a Saturday afternoon, but after our experience, I see why it’s easy to get a reservation.

We had a lovely family birthday dinner at Orchard Park. The food was scrumptious, and our server George was delightful, giving excellent recommendations and just making it a fabulous experience. We will be back!

The experience our party had was what has come to be a given at Burke establishments, seamless execution of a very difficult task. Make patrons feel pampered, at home and welcome. Serving delicious food and drinks with the tempo the table sets is critical to a successful evening, and they pull it off easily. The dishes were creative yet comforting and familiar. I am having difficulty in finding fault with our visit. Our server was engaging, witty and extremely helpful and efficient. I'd go back again.

Great food! A little pricey for the kids’ menu. One of my kids got regular pancakes that was on the menu for Father’s Day, and it was $40-$50. Didn’t come with anything else.

Food was good but expensive. Service was very poor and disappointing. Did not receive entire drink or food order. Never offered second round of drinks. Offered discount on food received late but was still on bill. Waiter took so long to return with bill we just paid to get out of there. Need to find a new spot for celebration dinners.

Wonderful experience. Our party of 4 had a great meal. The ambient noise level was high enough that we had to raise our voices to converse. It was a Saturday evening and full to capacity. I have been here on date night (every Wed.), and it was quiet. Staff was very attentive.
