Everything about our experience at Gideon Ridge was top-notch. From the convenient valet parking to the stunning long-range mountain views to the wonderful service to the fabulous presentation and delicious food to the overall feel of the place, it was almost perfection. We would definitely return on our next trip. Worth every penny, and we highly recommend.

As usual, everything was fabulous at Gideon with a special shout out to our server Abby, who was delightful in every way and helped make our meal a lot more enjoyable!! The world class ambiance here is unbeatable as is the beautifully prepared delicious food, which compares with the best restaurants we have ever eaten out anywhere!!

Our meals were excellent. My wife was pleased that her tenderloin was cooked exactly as requested, which she has found to be not the case at other restaurants. My halibut was very good. Our waiter was attentive and professional without being stuffy.

Food was delicious and creative. Jeremiah was our server and he was excellent. This is our favorite restaurant in the area. Cozy and comfortable. Beautiful.

This restaurant was amazing! The view was out of this world, The food was gorgeous and very delicious. The server Colton was very attentive and informative. We ordered the chicken liver pate and mushroom fondue for our starter… every bite was amazing! We also split the salad and tomato soup, very refreshing! We had the Wagyu ribeye and NC duck breast, both were mouthwateringly delightful! We enjoyed the pecan bar and gelato , which was mouthwatering water, for dessert! We will definitely be back! Compliments to the chef and the staff! you have a customer for life!!

Such an amazing meal at The Restaurant at Gideon Ridge. Still pinching myself that we were able to get a last minute reservation, obviously due to a cancellation. The restaurant's location and view are worth it alone, but the food was amazing, pricey, but worth it. I appreciated the intimacy of the hotel and the fact that they do not overseat/oversell. The timing of the food was perfect and we didn't feel rushed. Incredible attention to detail. Highly recommend!
