    The food was excellent. The service was subpar. We could never find our server. And I could not get a second drink. By the time I got my second drink, we were finished with our dinner and ready to head back out. We had finished our dinner and we're ready for our check and could not find our server. My husband asked another server and she said she didn't know what to do. So we waited and waited and then I finally asked another person and she looked up our table and found out who our server was and then 15 minutes after that we received our check. I also needed a box for half of my food and she brought me the smallest box possible and I couldn't fit it in there. I smashed it in the box and we were ready to go and she came with a bigger box It was too late. I probably would not return there to eat again even though the food was amazing. I would have really liked to had that second drink while I was eating not trying to suck it down when I was running out the door to go gamble. Which is ultimately why we were at the casino. And oh yes by the way I have been a server all my life, so I do understand when it is busy that stuff happens. But we literally never saw this girl after she took her order. A different person delivered our food, and I asked that person if I could get another drink and she said she would let someone know. It was a good 20 minutes until the original server came over and asked if I wanted another drink.

    Loved the atmosphere… fun and lively. Our server was on top of things. Food was decent. Old fashioned was too sweet. The bartender at the smaller bar, near the games, was difficult to communicate with… snooty and made us feel like she didn’t want to help us. This has not been our typical experience in the past. They should probably put her in a different position.

    Great place to watch Monday night football! Good food, great service, & nice prices. I'd definitely go back to watch another game. We had the aranchi, beer battered shrimp tacos, nachos, and the chocolate cookie milkshake for dessert.

    Service was very poor; there is not enough help here for the amount of customers. Our waiter was the bartender; he was trying to do both jobs. The personnel working there were very nice; the shortage of employees is not their fault. Food was okay to good.

    Everything was good except the waitress, she brought our check and never asked if we wanted anything else so we ordered again and then she brought our check again. It was like she was pushing us out the door.

    We eat there almost every Saturday. We love it there. The salad sizes are soooo small for the money. We try them over and over again hoping it changes but I got the Caesar last night and it was a quarter of the bowl. They used to be a nice bowlful of lettuce. Just asking for more lettuce. Not more chicken or cheese just lettuce! Lettuce is cheap! Let’s go!

    Awesome place for live bands and good food. Fun atmosphere. Was there to see SADDLE UP & they drew a fantastic crowd! Flexible with RSVP's and accommodated our showing up early. Definitely recommend.

    Steeler Monday night game.. Appetizers were fabulous , especially since it was happy hour and all the appetizers were large and delicious. Noise level was loud, due to a football game going on. Very hard listening to the game.. ***The one thing that stood out, the most , was the great service from the gentleman waiter serving us.. :) 👍

    My drink was well made and delicious and the bartenders/servers were great - polite and attentive. But that’s about all the good that I can find from my visit. We were seated in a booth with a large chunk of food in corner and smaller crumbs scattered over the seat. A staff member did re-clean the booth immediately. They were out of the special we came for, which was disappointing but understandable. I ordered chicken tacos which were a strip of bacon and chicken tender placed in the hard tortilla shell. This has to be the laziest effort at a “taco” I have ever seen. I should have had another drink and skipped the tacos- almost the same price and so much more satisfying!

    Atmosphere was amazing. Great place to watch any sporting event. Food was average. The service was pretty bad. Took over 30 minutes to get our first drinks and it wasn’t exactly crowded. I’ll go back but only to sit at 1 of the 3 bars they offer.

    As usual a great experience for a decent sized group. We enjoy watching the UFC fights. We had Casey again this time and she is AMAZING! She knew who I was as soon as I sat down. As members of my group joined she was on top of it. She is an asset there for sure.

    We come every sat. We love the food. The new strawberry chicken salad was so small we had to order second entrees. There was hardly any lettuce. It was definitely smaller than a side salad. First time we have been disappointed with the food portion size there. The salad itself was good just soooo small.

    The Reuben didn’t have enough dressing, but it was fine. Good otherwise. I got a giant messy milkshake and they brought it on a tiny plate with no spoon. Bring that out on a bigger and a spoon, please.

    Reservation at 2pm seated promptly. Went downhill from there. We ordered shortly after we were seated but didn’t get food until after 3pm. Asked for ketchup and had to get it ourselves. Don’t know if the venue is short on staff or our server just didn’t bother to check on us until we flagged her down. Told us our meals were held up due to the French fries. When our meals did come out French fries were not freshly cooked. Seemed like they had been sitting under a heat lamp.

    Hostess was very attentive and very accommodating for our large group of 25 people, originally for 15 people! Thank you so much for the wonderful evening for our daughter’s 21st birthday!
