Service was extraordinary! Whiskey selection superb! However, the food wasn’t great. The burnt ends were dry as was the mac n’ cheese and fried chicken. This place is trying but not executed well. We sat next to a party of 12 - and in this small venue the noise level was at max. Great location and fun atmosphere if there isn’t a large group in the middle of the restaurant. Would go back for drinks but not for dinner.

We made a reservation during Seattle restaurant week (SRW). We arrived early with plenty of seats, the host just pointed to our table and said it’s all ready for you. Not a big deal, but a little odd not to be walked and seated. We had to request the SRW menu from our waiter. Sometimes during SRW, the portions shrink. Not the case here. And it was delicious! The pork burnt ends and mac and cheese and were excellent. The entrees were very good (brisket) and good (shrimp and grits). The dessert was a deep fried bread pudding that was fabulous. At some point we had a waiter change without explanation. And we had to wait a decent amount of time for our drinks. So much so that they comped the last drink. But even with minor service issues, they were all friendly and the food was really great.

If you love Whiskey & good food, this is the place for you. Don't forget to try the cornbread! Killer Whiskey selection at reasonable prices. Staff was super friendly and welcoming as well!

There were 4 of us and we all loved our dishes. My beef brisket was so tender and melt in your mouth delicious. Portions were just right, not too big and not small. Will certainly be back.

Absolutely Amazing! Besides some of the best whiskey cocktails I've been served the staff is positively outstanding. They have a nice laid back atmosphere that can work for a fun date night, a place to catch up with friends or just a fun place for some rare Seattle BBQ and drinks. Don't let the laid back atmosphere fool you though. The service is top notch. The servers find way to perfectly balance professional service without coming off as stuffy or fake. I've been here 5 times now at different times and with different servers and I have never had one bad experience. This is a must see when visiting Seattle!

It’s been 5 years since we have been here and we’re really looking forward to coming back. The whole vibe of the food has changed to more of a casual bbq restaurant (while keeping the high end prices). Hate that they changed so much… really should have change the name along with the menu so people were expecting the Radiator Whiskey we knew and loved.

Great food and whiskey! Can’t ask for much more. Staff was friendly and engaging. Had some epic bourbons at a fair price. Weller single barrel, heaven hill 17 year, Parker’s heritage wheat, and EH Taylor marriage 18 year. The brisket is a must have dish. If you enjoy all types of whiskey don’t walk, run to this place.

I had never been to Radiator Whiskey and I was looking for a place to host my wife’s 40th birthday. I originally thought 12 people and I was able to get a reservation a month or so in advance. I ended up needing to add some more seats before the big day and they were able to accommodate that no problem. We preordered the The Mini Beast Feast which said it would feed 8 people. It was AWESOME and fed way more than 8 people. There was salad, some peppers, pork rinds, and then a half a pigs head with the most delicious cheeks ever. It also had fried pigs ears, burnet ends, some ribs, and some more sides. It was the best $250 I have ever spent. Some people ordered other entrees and sides but for the most part this fed everyone. The drinks were delicious and strong. The service was 5 star also. We had one main server who busted his butt taking care of us but the whole staff was helping. I will definitely being going back there and if you are looking for a party spot this place is perfect.

We went to Radiator Whiskey before a concert at the Showbox. The Burnt Ends appetizer was amazing, as were the fried chicken and shrimp and grits entrees. The Fat Boy Slim cocktail with mezcal was reason enough alone to return on our next trip. Phenomenal service.

This place checks every box for an awesome night in Seattle: Located super close to Pike Place Market - check Extensive whiskey selection and badass drinks - check Small menu of nothing but bangers - check An exclusively emo playlist on a Friday night - check If you come to Seattle, this is the vibe/experience you come for. Do yourself a favor and order anything and everything that contains pork. They do it on level that made this snobby Filipino-American super happy. Hospitality was great (bartender Kari was especially kind). 10/10 will be back.

Every year we do the mini beast feast and it never disappoints. The food was delicious as always. Our sever was absolutely amazing. I was unsure of what type of whiskey drink to order so she asked me a few questions and she found the perfect drink for me. We will keep coming back each year!

Great service and delicious food. This place is really hard to find. Facing the Pikes Market sign - it is on the right side . You have to go inside the building and go left up the stairs. Must try .
