The hostess was basically sleeping on the stand when we arrived. We got seated and waited. The table next to us got seated maybe 10 minutes after we did. Moments later they had a waiter at their table taking their order. I had to tell their waitress that they were seated after us and we haven't been helped at all. She said she would go back and see what's going on. Meanwhile the table next to us are getting drinks. We haven't even gotten a glass of water. I did notice however that the waitress I spoke to literally was the only person on the floor working and taking orders. I didn't really see anyone else. We finally got to order. Food was decent. However the restaurant was dirty (sticky table, food crumbs allll over the floor and underneath my table) and also the space so small and SO LOUD. With everyone chatting and talking, on top of the music, on top of all the sounds of the kitchen, I was very much overstimulated. I had to go to the car immediately after I finished my food to decompress while the rest of my party finished. This was the worst Milk & Honey location I've been to. Next time I'll just bite the 40 minute drive and go to the one at The Wharf.

The food was very flavorful and tasty, but the chicken was fried a little too hard. The service was excellent, but staff should not only wipe down tables, but also wipe off the chairs and sweeping the floors.

They didn’t have multiple things on the menu After ordering I was told that they had no cauliflower - but Server didn’t know any options Then my dish was brought out wrong with no guacamole nobody ever came to clear our dishes or ask if we needed anything else I finally flagged our server down to get bill Nobody ever cleared our dirty dishes

This restaurant doesn’t look like anything special from the outside, but it is like an oyster hiding a pearl. The waitress was wonderful and the food was too. Southern cooking in a warm atmosphere.

The quality of the food was lacking and not comparable to the price we paid. The steak in particular was not prepared well but was expensive. The service was not great, even though there were only three customers in the restaurant, including our party of four. In addition, several beverages and food items on the menu were not available. We were quite disappointed with this, our first experience of a highly rated restaurant.

Not great, food was underwhelming and not very well prepared. Kale salad was full of woody stems and lacked any real flavor. Appetizer was very small and we lacked utensils. Two of three entrees were delivered a full 10 minutes before the third. Seemed to be understaffed which is a problem these days I know but slow service did not help with the overall experience.
