Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for us though the food and shakes tasted great and the atmosphere is super cute! To make a reservation we had to pre-pay for the plant pot painting event and the smores tray. After arriving, a server didn't visit for 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if it was possible for a refund because it just seemed like the meal was going to take up too much of our day with the slow service (mind you, there were very few tables). A refund wasn't possible so we stayed. The smores tray was fun but definitely not a $32 value and it did not include the full size candy bars as shown on the marketing materials. Finally, it would have made sense to give us the painting stuff when we first sat so we could work on it while waiting for food to arrive and so it had time to dry. Instead, it was brought last at which point we had been there so long we were needing to get to our next activity. Ultimately, good food but bad service and the value was not as advertised. It's more of a family/kids vibe than the boozy adult camp that it appeared like on their social media.

The atmosphere was not what I expected, it was do loud you couldn't talk to each other, it wasn't very clean and the booth we sat at was attached to the bussing station so plates kept crashing down behind us. The food was just OK as well as the shakes. They look so much better than they taste. I was disappointed. The server was very nice, although again, I could hardly hear her because it was so loud.

Our server was very sweet. The restaurant is small so I’d recommend making a reservation. The burger was tasty and the shake was good as well. We will definitely return upon our next visit to Chicago.

The restaurant was dirty overall. The one side of the booth seat was dirty and the floor was sticky when we first sat down. The music was too loud. The host and waiter didn’t provide a kids menu until I had to ask. The bathroom for ladies was gross. The floor was wet and sticky. There was toilet paper all over the bathroom floor. The food was not great. The fish was greasy and the coleslaw was not good. The kids Mac and cheese did not seem baked at all just sloppy cheese over noodle. Not impressed for the first time.
