The charcuterie pretzel is so freaking good and that’s why I would go back. The young white red headed host needs training. Last weekend we sat outside and were left with no waiters approaching for 20 minutes. So I went up to her and said hi I don’t think they know we’re here. She said annoyed w me “I told them” not I’m sorry, or let me get someone. Than just walked off. I assume to go get someone.? A young black woman came up apologizing and was a great waitress. Last night we went back I made reservations for outside like last weekend. White young red head hostess says sorry we are overbooked you can’t sit outside. I said but I don’t want to sit inside she said nothing I can do about it. So we sat inside. Pretzel charcuterie was amazing and so was our young male w name starts w A was great! I also loved my margarita from the bartender w don julio 1942!

We made a reservation for Houston restaurant weeks and asked for a quiet table by the window. We arrived at today a.m. for brunch and we’re seated in a large empty room right by the window. I was so happy to see they actually read the reservation request and provided what we requested. The food was delicious. The avocado and cucumber salad is different and Tasty. The server was friendly and attentive. Nice experience.

We went for Restaurant Week. The menu was great and the food was delicious. But, it was loud. There was a large group of ladies that were there for cocktails and they we’re having fun. Which is perfectly okay, but the restaurant has no sound dampening materials to bring the volume down. Another plus was the service was great.

Great food, interesting menu, well-executed. Acoustics get a bit noisy inside. Service is great until the very end when it seems to take forever to get the check. Decor is beautiful as you have truly entered an era from the glories past. Highly recommended.

Food and service were great. Sitting outside in 100 degree heat, even with a fan in my ear,, definitely took away from the whole experience. I won’t sit outside again (at least in this type of heat)

Dined here on a Sunday night during 2023 Houston Restaurant Weeks. We previously had excellent experiences downtown and in Galveston so was really looking forward to Woodlands Waterway. THE GOOD: Her kung pao calamari and shrimp was both delicious and nice portion, my kung pao salmon was cooked perfectly and was tasty, her lamb chops were amazing, and her bread pudding was the better dessert. THE MEDIOCRE: my coconut crusted shrimp was overcooked and much smaller portion than her appetizer, my creme brulee's custard was ridiculously sweet. THE BAD: the waiter ignored us for 20 minutes while standing at the end of the bar watching preseason football, chatting with coworkers, and fussing with phone. Once we got his attention was only mediocre. Didn't see anyone from management checking on tables food and service which explains the lackluster service.

Everything was absolutely delicious! My husband had the gumbo and he loved it! He said it was the best he’d ever tasted. We both had the shrimp and grits, and the bacon was nice and crispy and the shrimp was tender. We look forward to coming back in the fall when it’s cooler and we can sit outside.

The surrounding area was nice but the tables to the side of were too close. We were nearly touching the people that were sat at a table that was meant for four and they sat 5 people and then then towards the back a table for 10 people walking to the that table were too close to us and coughing out loud over us and our food . Very disgusted by that experience. Will not go back .

We've been here a few times since its Hearsay. We like most of the Hearsays this one too. Not quite like the one Downtown or in Galveston but always like the chandeliers. We were seated outside first in the heat ugh who wants that but we ultimately came back inside and found seats at the bar. Aaron good young bartender. Very attentive, friendly. You all need a few more domestic draft beer selections. Good place to go before concert.

My first time visiting Hearsay Restaurants Meet a friend for lunch. I was excited to see her and to eat at the restaurant. We had reservation so we didn’t have to wait the Hostess was very friendly - we was seated inside patio The overall experience was good The food was outstanding very delicious and fresh. Unfortunately the service was very poor the waitress seemed like she didn’t want to be there . We had to keep asking for things the food drinks the check, bags to go. Ambiance of the restaurant is pretty we was seated in the patio area great view of the waterway. Value was great lots of delicious food for the value and price I went the week of Houston Restaurant Month Nose level was to loud for me we was seat inside the patio are.
