This was a ton of fun! Wine pairings were thoughtful and the food was simple yet displayed lots of technique at the same time and had such elegant ingredients. The one that really stands out is scallop dish with uni and caviar, this was probably the best thing I’ve eaten all year! The chef stopped by our table and also told us he is doing some Paella cooking classes this summer. We will be for those for sure.

From the moment we walked into Xiquet, we felt welcomed. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. It was our first time there, but it felt special from the start. The food was amazing. Lobster Paella had so much Beluga caviar on it, it was well worth the upgrade.

Wonderful experience at Xiquet. The food was excellent as well as the service. I love coming back each quarter because of the change of the menu and the change of the cards. It is a strong recommendation to anyone looking for an excellent dining experience.

We went to Xiquet for our anniversary, one of the last Michelin starred spots in DC we hadn’t tried, and I honestly wish we had gone sooner. The food was absolutely amazing. The seabass was cooked to perfection, the duck was rich and packed with flavor, and the desserts just kept coming, each one more impressive than the last. It felt like being a kid again, getting surprise after surprise. What really made the night unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely cared about making the experience special. Looking around the room, it was clear that many guests were celebrating something, and it’s easy to see why. The team knows how to make any moment feel important, and they do it with such thoughtfulness and ease. Whether you’re marking a special occasion or just want a meal to remember, Xiquet is more than worth the visit.

Amazing dinner! Went to celebrate a birthday, chose the tasting menu with paired wines. SO delicious! The chef delivered some of the courses himself, and the cards describing each course were charming. The food was incredible! So many incredible touches, from the plankton-based shell for a tartlet to the ode to iberico ham with the empanadas. The sauce for the duck course was plate-licking worthy, and the desserts were delicate and delicious. The sommelier was excellent and gave very good descriptions of the pairings. Overall, totally worth every penny for an incredible experience!

All aspects of dining at outstanding restaurants were superb! Service starting with Gustavo and TJ and Polin were terrific! Service was great! Wine pairings were almost perfect! And, of course the food was simply world-class! My favorites were the prawn and duck! Let’s not forget the ambience; bold and open and very well lighted by skylights! Overall, Elizabeth and I very much enjoyed her Mother’s Day dinner at Xiquet!
