    Since Café Homestead’s building burned right before Christmas, I’m sure we were all wondering how the temporary space would work… There’s nothing temporary feeling about it! Everything says quality, perfection and we’re here for the long haul excellence. The food was everything we love about Cafe Homestead and if the ambiance and experience in the new location are anything like this temporary location, we’re all going to be in for a very special experience.

    I will say that the food was good and so was the service, however, I could tell from the minute we sat down that something was off. After doing some research since visiting, we realized that this place is a cult. I would research about it before you visit to see if you really want to support this group. I would not go back after what I learned.

    This was my first time to go to Cafe Homestead and it was tremendous. The service was top notch and extremely polite. The food was out of this world good. I had the Red Snapper and my Fiance had the Sirloin and both were amazing. I hope we can go back to Waco sometime and eat there again.

    The biscuits were great, but we were nearly done with our meal by the time they came. Also, it was very loud where we were seated, in the room in front of the fireplace.
