I went to celebrate my birthday. We ordered two appetizers and the main courses arrived 5 minutes after the first course? I asked for the manager who looked stunned? The main plates were removed then returned semi warm. Very disappointing.

This was our first time at South Bay and it was awesome! We shared some small plates. Crab nachos, so good. Pork bao buns, off the charts, chicken tacos, very good! We ordered a 2nd round of the bao buns as they were so great. Can’t wait to go back!

We called ahead to ask about the half price bottle of wine week. They told me yes on Tuesdays. We booked for this past Tuesday. When we were ordering the wine I asked what the discount was for bottles over $100 and was told 30%. But that did not apply to the night we were dining because it was Valentines Day. My concern is we were not told that it did not apply and whoever was answering the should be apprised of all events etc in the restaurant

I previously dined at the New Haven location a few times and had an AMAZING experience. I was in shock at how the Greenwich location was nothing short of underwhelming. My friend ordered a cocktail (tasted like watered down cough syrup) then ordered a glass of wine (had a syrupy consistency weird) tuna was bland sea bass was worse, and the pulled pork sliders tasted like bbq sauce. Don’t waste your time

Wait staff were super nice and attentive. The appetizers were good. My pasta entree was mush though and disappointing. My dining partners seems happy enough with their food. It’s very loud and we were really yelling at each other. Not sure I’ll go back.

Very slow for a not too busy place. Kids chicken fingers was not good according to my son who did not finish them. After a very long delay in delivering our food - I got my halibut special which had an awful lobster new-berg sauce on top. It was also mixed into the couscous rendering that dish inedible. The waitress and staff were okay. The kitchen and floor did not appear to be managed by anyone. I did not blame my waitress - she didn’t cook the food after all. Maybe it was a bad night for them. This was a big fail.

Still an excellent place to go for a delicious meal. Meatball appetizer was somewhat bland. Sea-bass entree was very flavorful. My partner’s cioppino was delicious. The service was great with a very friendly & knowledgeable server. Highly recommend!

Despite our reservation, the restaurant sat us in a back room where people were setting up for a private party. We spent our entire dinner listening to a loud helium machine and balloons popping while the party hosts tried to get ready. Food was okay, although a piece of meat wound up in what was supposed to be a vegetarian entree. But server was nice and apologetic.
