Chef Edgar Beas takes inspiration from his experience cooking in the Basque Country of Spain to create playful yet familiar takes on Spanish dishes at Top of The V. To accompany the menu is a Spanish-influenced beverage program and modern classics, resulting in an effortlessly cool craft cocktail bar. Our bar’s feature 20 taps that pour local craft beers from across California, and the wine list features bottles from Spain, California, Oregon and the Old World.

    The ambience of this restaurant is amazing. You get a beautiful, romantic views of Disneyland and if you’re there at night time you get to enjoy the beautiful fireworks that are displayed by Disneyland. I was disappointed to have received my text message saying our table is ready, and when I went to check in with the hostess, our table was not ready and we had to wait 25 minutes to get our table which I had made a reservation for a week in advance. Drinks were amazing bartenders were very attentive and quick . Perfect place to grab a drink with a girlfriend or a friend and sit at the bar. I was expecting Food to be over-the-top delicious, but I have to be honest and say it fell a little short. The food is good, but in my opinion salt was missing in some of the dishes. My husband got the rack of lamb special which the lamb could’ve been a little less cooked. The weird thing on the dish was these bbq tasting beans under a beautiful very rich lamb. Didn’t understand the flavor combination there. My favorite dish was their appetizer octopus, so delicious, perfectly cooked soft, tender, and flavorful. I could honestly just go back to eat that with a nice glass of wine. We were here last night, which was St. Patrick’s Day, which is also my husband and myself anniversary. A very important day for the both of us.

    Awesome service from when we arrived until we left. Kevin was an exceptional waiter who explained every detail to us. Incredible meal too. One of the best we’ve had in many months!

    The quality and experience and that incredible view is what you oay for, im a foodie and enjoyed every morsel on the 7 course but beware is that morsels if you’re really hungry order a la carte that’s my recommendation and if you want to just enjoy great food, try it it’s a treat

    This is by far the worst expensive restaurant I have ever been to. The food was bland and overpriced. I ordered a 12 dollar pint of beer that came to the table with 1/4 of the beer being head...absolutely incredible that it was brought to the table like that. I have had the paella and it was by far the worse and most expensive I have had ANYWHERE... truly a shambolic experience. Save yourself the money and time...so somewhere you love.

    Overall awesome night and experience. The venue delivers on ambiance and atmosphere. The kitchen is open in the middle of venue and the smell/sound is not a factor at all. The food comes in smaller portions and has a lot of flavor. 100p recommend the octopus dish. Check the Disney calendar to time out your rez and watch the fireworks from a great view. Cocktails were decent and enjoyed their espresso martini.

    Very polite workers but clearly understaffed. Took them 15 minutes to get us to our table even with my reservation. Host was nice. We didn’t even get to order food and our drinks never arrived even 30 minutes after we ordered them. Arrived at 8:30 and left at 9:40 waited for more than 1 hour and nothing to eat nor drink. Disappointed.

    Beautiful setting and view, great service, super cocktails. The pinxtos we’re amazing, the entrées could have been better. If I came back, I would only do Pintxos, because I totally wanted at least two or three more of them.

    It took a while to get seated even with a reservation, about an hour after our initial reservation which meant we had to eat fast and felt rushed. However the service after was great, the server was nice and apologized for the delay and made sure we were happy and taken care of. The ambience is amazing, and the environment is very romantic.

    We went the day after Valentine’s Day. The waiter was super nice. They were really under staffed. The food was good and I agree with most folks that the value wasn’t there. Maybe it’s expensive bc of the view. Loved: Octopus and beef cheeks Pass on: bombas (rice) with lobster. It was $59 for rice and 2 tiny lobster. Steak was too chewy for me. This is my second time back. I thought the first time I went was much better. Probably won’t go back again.

    Ezra the bartender was amazing!! He made our Lemon Drop Martini very tasteful! Catching the sunset was beautiful from where we sat. My life partner’s birthday was absolutely incredible!! He appreciated the food, the view, the drinks and most of all my company! The ambiance was perfect! I realized we took no photos of the food. Its presentation was so beautiful that we just said our prayers and ate!!

    Very nice restaurant! I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day. We were sitting outside but there wasn’t enough heaters!! Hopefully you guys can add more outside. Our server which I forgot his name but he was serving outside on 2/14/23 around 7:30pm was excellent! Very outgoing, friendly, welcoming, helpful, overall a great guy. It was our first time and he made it a great experience for the both of us. Definitely going back but this time we are eating inside!

    Venue was very nice, service was fine but food was extremely underwhelming (five course prix fixe for Valentine’s Day) for the price - $125 each or $250 total. Add in the $45 cured meat dish (not worth it) and 18% gratuity - the total ballooned to close to $400 for a dining experience I regret receiving for one of the most special days of the year.

    Excellent everything! We have been looking for a good Paella all over since visiting Spain. Finally found! Great staff, great space! Will remember this meal for a long time.

    Beef loin was perfect with an even sear, pink all the way through and well seasoned. The bomba rice is VERY salty, mushrooms lacked any flavor, duck has a thick fat layer that wasn't rendered and the skin was still chewy. Overall it was a hit and miss on the menu.

    The table we’d been set at wasn’t working for my party. We were moved to a seating at the couches by the window. More comfortable and a better view. We ordered from the tapas menu and were pleased with the shareable portions of octopus, shrimp, pork belly, squash, and artichokes. Definitely worth a return visit for date night for a cocktail, octopus, shrimp, and pork belly!

    The ambiance and the service is top notch. However, as a vegetarian the food waa pretty basic and lack luster. Cheese plate. Okay. Artichoke needed salt or acid. It tasted like oil. Potatoes tasted basic. Ordered sangria, good. La capilla felt like it was missing flavors, couldn't find the cilantro. Mushroom rice wa good, but not great. Chocolate citrus dessert, good. Overall, the atmosphere did not match the food and drink. Especially when considering the pricing. However, I cannot speak to the meat items. My experience as vegetararian is that some restaurants heavily rely on their meats to carry the flavor of the rest of the options and let the sides and vegetables stay basic. This might have veen the case for the food here.

    The paella was okay. It wasn’t presented as such on the menu. I only recognized it when it was brought to the table. The prime rib was very oily. Drinks were delicious though along with the artichoke. Our sever was awesome too! Not sure why but there was an alcohol tax on our bill which we actually spoke to the manager about. We as consumers should not be paying that tax. It’s supposed to be paid by the vendor. When we brought it to their attention, no one had any idea what we were talking about. And for the manager who has been in the industry for “25 years” that’s kind of embarrassing. He also stated that all the Marriott’s do it. Just because it’s being done, doesn’t mean it should be. Hmm… still debating on a return visit.

    From the time the waiter approached the table, we felt like we had started a race to see how fast he could get us to order, eat and pay the bill. Then the two dishes we ordered were the worst paella I have ever had, the fish sole fillet was so small and the flavor had to be covered with sauce to mask the artafisheal butter flavor and stale after test ,to be honest, I'm sure if this is the new team in the kitchen after the change in companies I would only return for a drink at the bar. Now the Frist time we had a great experience with the dish of Duck wow but it was the Radisson at that time . So for the price I would recommend driving to Newport and having a great dinner at any other Restaurant .

    Horrible experience. They need to change their management. I think Dennys runs their operation better. Will not be returning
