Quite expensive which could have been okay if they expanded the pizza options and didn’t try to steer us toward desert before we were ready. We will indicate when we are done. Not very busy so it would not have taken much effort to do it right. Pizza was good, nice crust, interesting toppings, meatballs were good. Overall it was a decent experience but marred by a few small things.

Always such a fun experience. The food was great and they consistently brought out a good variety of different types of pizzas. Our only complaint was that the drink service was super slow and we would have to remind or ask our server to check on the drinks whenever we could catch him. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying.

We had a wonderful meal at Delucca Gaucho Pizza, the pizza was plentiful, hot and delicious. Service was great as well. We will be back.

I am a regular at the Delucca in the Design District with our organization. I went to this Plano venue with my family and I was really disappointed with the 'lack of' service. We sat waiting for our server to introduce herself to us for about 15 minutes. And while the appetizers came out in a good time after that - the pizza was VERY slow. We made a joke at how many times a server came by with Mexican Elote. That was all they had to offer. We were right in front of the pizza counter and the servers would pick up their trays and go off in every direction but behind them. We called down a few to please stop by the table right in front of the ovens. It wasn't the positive experience I had hoped for my family to experience. The food was good once we got it - it was just real SLOW in delivery and no one seemed to care when I asked someone about it.

This is a Gaucho style pizza place with over 20 different pizza toppings. The servers keep bringing selections to your table until you have had enough. The service is excellent and the food was as well. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I was so disappointed in our experience at this location. Our first experience was not that great either but wrote it off as a flop. Decided to go again for a friends birthday and almost everything was terrible. I had a reservation and we quickly got seated but took about 30-40 minutes for a server with pizza to even offer us any. Then as it began getting dark we asked for our server to turn on our light in our booth and he informed us it was not working. We asked if we could move tables but was told it was going to be a wait. We ate in the dark. I love the Dallas location and was hoping my 2nd visit to the Plano location would be better as it’s closer to my house but it was not.

Everything, service, food, outstanding. Meatballs could have been served warmer and the pre-course appetizers were a bit skimpy. Beef up on the portion size of the pre-course appetizers since they are all so good.
