    Unfortunately, our experience at Nobu Rooftop fell short. The hostess was not particularly friendly or welcoming, which set the tone. After being seated, we waited 20 minutes without any service, even after approaching the hostess stand twice to ask for help. Another couple nearby told us they had been waiting 30 minutes and ended up leaving. The space was loud ; not in a lively way, but in a way that made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere. To their credit, the food was excellent as always, but the drinks were weak and didn’t meet expectations. We usually stay for a few rounds, but when you don’t feel taken care of, what’s the point? Disappointed in the lack of hospitality. Hopefully, they address the service issues because the kitchen deserves better support from the front of house.

    Loved it! Price of the food is ridiculous for size but that’s too he expected for Nobu. Service slow not enough staff. Was seated next to the dj speakers very very loud and now terrace spaces for available to move to when I asked. The gf soy sauce was spoiled never got a new one even thought the waitress said downstairs would send one up and had to use regular being allergic to wheat thought I could manage it with using as little as possible but couldn’t and didn’t have a Benadryl on me, so that wasn’t fun afterwards.

    The food? As expected—solid Nobu staples like spicy tuna and yellowtail jalapeño. But the service? A masterclass in how to derail a perfectly good night. A friend who arrived late just to join us for birthday cake was denied entry, despite the fact that we were still seated and mid-celebration. The cherry on top? Someone at the front desk, with all the warmth of a space heater in a wind tunnel, told him the only way he’d be allowed up was if he booked a room. For cake. When we asked for a little flexibility, our waiter doubled down with a snide, “maybe, if the manager is in a good mood.” Charming. Earlier, another guest in our group had been mistakenly charged for a completely different table—despite the restaurant already having my card on file. Not ideal. And as the birthday guest, I was left lighting my own candles. A moment of silence for the concept of hospitality. Stunning view, decent bites—but unless you enjoy being treated like a burden for celebrating your birthday, I’d look elsewhere. Nobu may serve elegance on the plate, but don’t expect it tableside.

    Our sofa had bottle tops on it and overall it didn't seem clean. Windows etc sweet full of finger prints and just didn't appear clean. Will not be back. Parking outrageous at $45 for 3 Hours!!!

    It was very windy and after being there for less than 5 minutes we decided that the outdoor area wasn’t going to be the best. So we asked our server if we could be seated inside she said we had to ask the host and she wasn’t a hostess. After asking the hostess she said we could not be accommodated since others had made reservations. The server took FOREVER to get or order. I mean we sat there for at least an hour waiting for her to get our order. And she never came back to check on us in between. We had to go find someone else to get our checks. The food and view was the saving grace.

    Food was great, but was supposed to sit down at 7:30, they didn't seat us until 8:30. I will be back though.

    Forgot to put candle on the dessert for birthday occasion but it’s okay. It looked very busy for a Thursday. Overall good first experience at the rooftop.
