Paul spent a lot of time with us talking about the wine featured in the tasting and taught us how glass shapes can change the taste and bouquet of wine. We had an exceptional time and are recommending CdC to our friends!

Very unique tasting experience. Paul was very knowledgeable and was able to demonstrate how by changing the glass you had different flavor and nose profiles. The wines were very good and some unique varietals for this area. Definitely will be returning and will bring people with us. Highly recommend you make this a stop when visiting Walla Walla

A wonderful meal. Once the manager found out it was our anniversary she brought two complimentary flutes of champagne. An amazing experience!

This was our last stop for the day and our visit here was absolutely outstanding. Paul went above and beyond to educate us on everything from wine tasting to the overall experience. Truly a memorable evening that none of us will soon forget. Thank you, thank you!

My husband and I had a great time! Excellent wine knowledge and explanation of wines/pairings of what food may go well. Loved the history of the wine/backstory.
