Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Our inventive approach ensures an outstanding dining experience. With options like grilled octopus, Wagyu beef on a hot rock, lobster mac & cheese, and house-made decadent desserts.     Celebrated our anniversary and our first time visiting! Service was top notch! Atmosphere is inviting and quiet, could have a conversation. Food was excellent, the filet was cooked perfectly & could cut it with a butter knife (although not necessary as they present you with your own personal choice of knife) try the English pea orzo as a side, decadent and delicious! Highly recommend!

    The service and food were almost perfect until we checked our bag after leaving. My family specified wanting to take home the rest of the sauce that we'd added on to our steaks and when we got home it was not there which just feels like a waste and disregard for our request. Other than that the food was delicious and the service was very attentive.

    We took the family to Bourbon and Bones for Father's Day. We had a wonderful experience. Not super kid friendly since there wasn't a kid menu but our 13 yr old made due with our help in ordering. Food, overall, was really good. Our tomahawk had a lot more fat than I would have expected. Still cooked to perfection. The staff were amazing.

    Meh. Tries really hard to be something it’s not. Over priced for what you get in my opinion. The food was very rich and after a few courses it was just overwhelming. Shrimp cocktail was nice and the sashimi dish also excellent. Bacon wrapped dates were filled with so much blue cheese that they were difficult to enjoy. Same price as Steak 44 but not close in quality.

    Everything was exceptional as always. My only disappointment was that my steak was a little more than medium rare and was not as tender as I usually get.
