Chef Cristina's tortilla classes are a hands-on experience that immerses people in one-on-one time with Chef Cristina Martinez to learn the culture, history, and cultivation of corn used in the restaurant. During the experience, the chef will demonstrate a technique rooted in Mexican culture that shows the grain process of tortillas. Attendants then will be allowed to make their tortillas using ancient traditional equipment with instructions from Chef Cristina. after the demonstration, there will be an open conversation segment where you can ask the Chef questions and enjoy tortillas.

We were really looking forward to this meal and had a reservation for 6 PM on a Sunday. Not only did they seem surprised that we had a reservation, but they let us know that they had run out of food and were closed. It would’ve been helpful if they had called anybody with an existing reservation- but it didn’t seem like they knew the reservation s existed.

We had heard how amazing this place was but weren't quite sure what to expect. It's low key, simple, and casual but the staff was great and the food was absolutely amazing.

Food was simple and excellent. It was the highlight of the meal. Will return or have takeout from this restaurant in the future. It felt a little self-service type to go up and add topping on your tacos that could have been given to you or on your table. We are not a fan of buffets(even if only for condiments) but there was no choice. Service was okay. Food was fast. It felt a little transactional. But the food outshined everything and was the star of the show.

Maybe not the sexiest place but definitely very hospitable. All servers greeted us and continuously came by to.make sure we had what we needed for our meal. Chef Christina comes out and converses w her customers. It's a nice environment and we'll definitely come back.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable dinner. The food was solid but the service was impeccable. After finding out it was my birthday, one of the three birthdays in the restaurant, they went above and beyond with a delicious piece of cake and an entertaining singing performance. It made for a really fun evening.

Very limited menu. Dirty place and bad service. Only item worthy was barbacoa. I won’t come back again.

Great gluten free options! Delicious meal. Recommend the ceviche, esquites, and the mole and verdes enchiladas. The meat platter for two is also a great date night option if you like diy tacos.
