Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The cuisine is complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of Cognac and Armagnac.

Transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts a rotation of acts every weekend, with Baltimore's best jazz musicians, cabaret vocalists, burlesque dancers, and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, the experience is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

When making your weekend reservations, note that parties of 1-5 guests will have two hours to enjoy our cuisine and entertainment, parties of 5-8 will dine for two hours and 30 minutes, and parties of 9 and more can enjoy seating for three hours.

We are delighted to offer seating for two for late night drinks and dessert and the wildest show in Baltimore. Our Mistress of Ceremonies will serenade you as our burlesque performers tantalize and bewitch. Your experience is enriched with two craft cocktails and a dessert of your choosing for each guest, and if you would prefer to go incognito while you enjoy the entertainment, we can provide an elegant masquerade mask when you arrive. For Baltimore's 50th Pride celebration, Monarque presents Pride in two acts! For our first show, "Glitter and be Gay," celebrate with our annual Royal Cabaret and prepare for an evening of Old Hollywood glamour and divine Broadway divas. Monarque’s sumptuous space - a hidden world transporting you to Paris in the 1920s - is the perfect setting for an unforgettably fabulous performance. Chef Devin Parks has prepared a three course menu to pair with the entertainment, and we are delighted to provide a cocktail or mocktail upon your arrival. After the performance, we invite you to join us at Italian Disco for a karaoke afterparty, where we have a craft cocktail waiting to get you in the mood for belting your favorite Pride-themed numbers. Doors open at 6:00! For our second act, get ready to explore the darker side of Pride. Inspired by the alternative photography and late-night vibes of Monarque, we present “50 shades of Pride,” a celebration of the edgier elements within us. Doors open at 8:30 - live art installations will seduce you as you arrive, followed by a three-course meal, complimentary cocktail, and a wild burlesque performance. When the curtain closes, keep the party going with a live DJ, a custom cocktail, and Monarque’s first late night experience, Club Butterfly. Can't decide? Looking for glitter and grit? Sparkle and shibari? Crown yourself Pride Royalty and experience a full night at Monarque. Two performances, two afterparties, three courses, and three cocktails - the most luxurious option for kicking off Baltimore’s 50th Pride celebration. Food was good. Just a challenging order where 1 ordered 2 side dishes as their meal, another ordered a salad and the a n appetizer for their meal, the third ordered only an entry. Salad came out first as expected. But then sides and entry came out soon afterwards for the other two while halfway through the salad. Then their appetizer meal came out when the other two were almost done. Just a timing issue.

The food is not the greatest, however, I am no expert in French cuisine but it was not a pleasant experience for me (food wise)

Tony our server was fantastic! He was charming, engaging, and informative. I have food allergies and Tony found ways to work around them and also informed me if there was anything that could potentially cause issues. He gave us great recommendations about food, drinks, and the best times to come in. The vibe and food... perfection. We will definitely go back another time.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. This was my first time and I’m shocked it’s taken so long! I regret not dining here sooner. The entire concept is well executed, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredible. An absolute gem in Baltimore. Not to be missed!

Every time I eat at Monarque it is a 10/10 experience all around! The burlesque show is always a vibe. The dancers and live music were spectacular. The service is some of the best I’ve seen. The table is never cluttered, your water is always full, and the wait times are never long. Highly recommend the short rib gnocchi appetizer. I had the Wagyu Coulotte special last night and it was to die for! I would go back and eat that every day if I could. It was a pretty large portion size, I even had leftovers. It was a devastating end to the night when i realized I forgot my leftovers at the restaurant 😖😖. Guess I’ll have to go back for more! Their espresso martinis never miss and the speakeasy energy is the cherry on top for the whole experience. I brought my mom and aunt this visit to celebrate my mom’s birthday and they were very impressed with the service and really enjoyed the miso sea bass special. They couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed our night at Monarque.
