At Kissaki we believe in honoring and sharing Japanese cuisine with the world. The restaurant roots itself in omakase sushi and bases its dishes in mindful sourcing, seasonality, and quality.

Our restaurant is designed to take diners on a culinary expedition through their senses. The restaurant offers two menu formats, Omakase and a la carte.

The Omakase Menu at our Indoor Counter is offered in either a $120 12-course or a $160 16-course format. We also offer a $65 Nigiri Flight or either a $120 12-course or $160 16-course menus for enjoyment at the Outdoor Tables in our Heated Pergola.

Guests who select Counter Service will be served directly by our sushi chefs one piece of nigiri at a time. Guests who make Table Reservations will be served sushi in flights containing 3 pieces of specialty nigiri.

Executive Chef Mark Garcia draws from his rich experience to cultivate an experience where everyone feels at home. Our team will uphold the highest standard of service.

The counter is re-seated every 120 minutes with new guests.     The waiter had the nerve to demand a higher tip after they: 1) couldn't find my reservation; 2) finally found it but said it was for only one person (even though I could see over his shoulder that the screen said it was for four; 3) told us we had to sit at the bar or outside even though our reservation was for a table; and then 4) made us wait for another 20 minutes for the inside table to clear. Truly terrible service.

    Had a 9pm reservation and was given the run around for 45 minutes to be seated. The staff wasn’t very responsive which didn’t help. I made it clear it was my girlfriends birthday and that others were sat before us with later reservations. The food was great the sushi chef was great but the price was not worth it. Not worth $500 would not do it again

    6 pieces badly made sushi costed us 100 $ per person. We wait for almost one hour after our arrival for a salad to come. They even put a price on their miso soup. Then we waited another 30 minutes for the sushi to come. What even more ironically was that the food was not fresh at all.
