   The restaurant was closed. Parking lot empty, no lights on. According to google it was open but nobody was there.

   Restaurant appears to be PERMANENTLY CLOSED! I made a reservation on OpenTable and was running a bit late. Had even invited some friends to join me! Called the restaurant three times, but Verizon said they could not connect. Drove to the restaurant and it was DARK, LOCKED and CLOSED. No cars, no signs, nothing! Tried to contact OpenTable to report this, but there is no way to do that, so ZERO STARS for OpenTable! REMOVE THIS RESTAURANT from your list!!!

   The restaurant was eerily empty. Very pretty inside with plenty of tables. There were only our table and a single diner. We were greeted right away and seated. Very odd the waiter set down a metal serving water pitcher for us. Quite heavy and ackward. We ordered the crab artichoke dip. It came with plain crackers and 4 bread round. Not flavorful at all. My husband ordered chicken with risotto. The risotto was crunchy and lukewarm at best. I ordered the avocado salad and had to hunt for the avocado. I believe we are one and done. I see no redemable reason to go back.

   I made a reservation for 4 and called the restaurant to add 2 more people to the reservation. Someone from restaurant called back and confirmed the reservation was now for 6. This was a birthday celebration for my boyfriend. When we arrived, after driving 45 minutes, we found a handwritten note on the door stating the restaurant was closed for Labor Day weekend. A phone call would have been nice. Nothing. Hope to check out Rattlesnake another time.

    Had a reservation for 8 pm on a Saturday night only to find the restaurant closed. These people need to get their s**t together
