   Baires is wonderful. The hostesses already know us as we are frequent patrons of the restaurant. They always have a welcoming smile as the waiters/waitresses. The food is always delicious and the service is very good. Beautiful restaurant and you can’t go wrong with anything you order. We always make a reservation and are seated immediately.

   I love this place! The service is always on point, the food is amazing, and they really pay attention to the little details. Baires has become one of my go-to spots—whether I’m in Doral, Coral Gables, or anywhere else they pop up.

    Our bartender Dimas was awesome; very attentive, genuine, and the drinks he made us were great. We went to Baire's to take advantage of the happy hour and it was a great value. We will definitely be back for another happy hour and dining in general (we've eaten at Baire's before and love the menu overall).
