  Mind Circus IPA has a mild bitterness and a thick, luscious mouthfeel. This style of IPA is what is being called in the beer world a "Hazy IPA" Dominantly herbaceous and grassy, with moderate tropical notes as well as some bright citrus. • 2017 Saddlerock Semler Estate Rose of Syrah

  Visually light in color with shades of pink and salmon. Mineral tinged strawberry, with also an element of bees wax from the neutral oak barrels, gives intriguing aromatics in the glass. With herb scented rhubarb, cherry, and classic white pepper from the varietal. Vibrant but round and complex finish with candied rose flavors on the very end of the finish. This wine is meant for early drinking and should be enjoyed over the summer months
