   It's good but could be better. I loved the ambience though and it's a great date place. We were disappointed in the paella though, all the seafood was overcooked and paella was fishy in taste vs. the steamed mussels were fantastic and fresh. Also the calamari great and other dishes, cocktails. I would just not recommend them for paella, the service was a bit slow but they were also very busy so I would definitely try them again.

   Really excellent and fresh food, with a cozy and cool atmosphere and friendly service. Definitely recommend!

   I haven't been to Rosarito for 4 years, it WAS my favourite restaurant. Now it lost it's touch, the food is not as good anymore, the service is ok but the ambience is still very nice. I wish it still was like before but ofcourse these things happen. Too bad.

   We came at the beginning of dinner service which was a great time! Quiet, not crowded, and felt like we got a perfect amount of waitstaff attention. Delicious, fresh seafood offerings; I enjoyed trying a bunch of small plates!

   Service was a mixed bag. Our waitress was not personable at all. We never got her name and didn't see her very often throughout the course of our dinner. She didn't act like we were inconveniencing her, but her attitude was indifferent, at best. The Fish Stew that I ordered had plenty of seafood, but the flavor of the tomato based broth was bland. My fiance ordered a skirt steak and she wasn't overly impressed, either. The wine carafe was the highlight of our experience, because who doesn't love all of the red wine?

   Sadly the menu sounded better than it taste. The Bloody Mary is tasteless, the food portion is small. We had the fish & shrimp tacos, it's ok but nothing to shout about. The eggs benedict is regular. Service is slow despite not having a crowd. I wouldn't be back.

    This place was great for many years when it was focused on Mexican. But they changed the menu and now it is partially Mexican but with French and Italian dishes weirdly mixed in. Same with the drinks. No more margaritas on the menu. The whole place feels like it's in the midst of an identity crisis, and the food itself wasn't very special either. Disappointing since this place was such a gem for so many years.
