                      The service was fantastic. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, it was a lovely day and highly recommend Drift. Cannot go wrong having a table overlooking Pensacola Beach. Oh and the Navy Blue Angles flew by low and fast from the west then circled back around, always EXCITING.

                      RayRay was a fantastic server and as usual, the food did not disappoint! We had a lamb lollipop advertisement, and I had the chili and Seabass and it was amazing!

                      My recent dining experience at Drift had its highs and lows. The food, when correct, was absolutely delightful, with flavors that truly stood out. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which made the evening more pleasant despite a few missteps. Unfortunately, there were some service hiccups. My entree arrived incorrectly, and though the staff promptly replaced it, the timing meant my husband had already finished his meal by the time mine arrived. To their credit, our server offered a complimentary bread pudding as an apology, which was a thoughtful gesture. However, our enjoyment was cut short when we discovered an insect in the dessert. The server quickly removed it and brought our check, but no further compensation was offered. At over $200, the bill felt steep given the issues we encountered. While the food and our server’s kindness were highlights, I wish the restaurant had done more to address the mishaps. I hope they can refine their service to match the quality of their cuisine.

                      The food was good. Service was subpar. We had to ask for appetizer plates. We had to ask for the check twice. My daughter just wanted butter for the bread, apparently all they had was clarifying butter for the lobster (yes, she survived). They were out of rosé by the glass, no other option was offered. Went to buy a bottle of something else - gone. At that point if you’re out of certain wines maybe give the patron the option for a glass or two from the “buy the bottle” options. Our server seemed scattered almost the entire night. $300+ later we said good night.

We do apologize for the subpar service and have addressed, through further training, these issues with our staff. Unfortunately, our imported wine availability is due to low/absent stock from our distributors as they struggle to get supply in. We appreciate you giving us this opportunity to be made aware of these issues and better train/serve our staff and guests moving forward. Thank you.

                      Wife and I dined here on vacation. She had 8oz filet with lobster tail.. excellent. I had 16oz ribeye.. excellent.

                      DRIFT delivers on atmosphere and service—staff were sharp, attentive, and the menu offers a solid variety. It feels like a place aiming for high-end coastal dining. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite measure up. At nearly $600, for a party of four, including tip, the quality just didn’t justify the cost. The dishes looked the part, but the flavors missed the mark for the price point. A polished experience, but not the return you'd hope for on that kind of tab.

                      Booking on open table was worthless , hostess and waitress didn’t bother to read request. even though I had requested a specific table and mentioned the occasion. Neither was never mention. It’s as if they ignored all or didn’t care
