We came to Joseph’s to celebrate a college graduation. The food wasn’t great ( meatballs with ravioli) wasn’t very edible. We were told once seated that the menu was limited and to ignore the left side.

We’re visiting Hyde Park, NY…. Easily found with GPS… strong local flavor .. menu great, service great Very noisy in dining area with bar where we ate, but they quieter second room with traditional seating. Mid week visit … definitely local place … recommend for causal dining

The muscles appetizer was the best I have ever had. My friend and I went for restaurant week. It was a great value. Will definitely go back.

Joseph's has become a neighborhood establishment worthy of praise from all sides. The food is well prepared, the service is outstanding(our waitress for tonight was one of the most delightful personalities we have encountered in any restaurant we have visited in recent years), and the overall congeniality that Joe has created is very special.

We made reservations for New Year's Eve through Open Table, but we were told that they gave our table to another party. We were seated in the Tap Room and served by the Bar Tender. She was a love and let us relax and enjoy our time with our friends. The food was delicious! We all enjoyed our meal and the kind service we received. It was not our first time at Joseph's, however, we were pleasantly surprised how well the food was made and the happy attitudes of all the servers, considering how busy they were and that it was a Holiday. I highly recommend Joseph's for any occasion big or small and plan on returning for dinner.

We love going to Joseph's. However, they need to update their website. Millbrook Chardonnay on the website says $9 per glass. We were charged $15! Portions have decreased, the salad consisted of a few leaves od spring mix and a couple of craisins! They were understaffed. Not returning any time soon

Food and service were terrific. Nice selection. Petit filet was tender and flavorful…. Cooked perfectly. Prime Rib was medium rare, juicy and flavorful. Dinner included soup, mashed potato and green beans. Dirty Ketel 1 Martini was 1/2 olive juice… disappointing. Bloody Mary was spot on.

My wife and I and grandson ate here today. The food was magnificent and the service was sublime. My 11 year old grandson , a budding chef, received a great thrill when he was given a personal tour of the kitchen, by the owner, Joseph, who could not have been more gracious. The food is better than the New York City steakhouses , and the setting and service make this an unparalleled dining experience.

Fantastic dinner at Joseph’s Italian Steakhouse! Great drinks, beers and wine by the glass and bottle. Delicious salads and entrees. Cod Franchese and Chicken Marsala outstanding. Great friendly service too!
