    The atmosphere is so pretty but the food was not good at all. Our calamari appetizer lacked salt. My daughter’s spaghetti and meatballs tasted worse than jarred sauce and my son’s chicken had no flavor. I can imagine the restaurant will survive with the poor quality of food. And it was grossly overpriced for the quality. And !!! Gratuity was added without letting me know. I don’t mind it being added but they should have told me. I will not be returning or recommending.

    I had the charcuterie course that was outstanding, plentiful and delicious. The decor was very attractive. Ambient music could be lower to allow for conversation.

    The bartender, Tomas, is exceptionally gifted. Ask him for his signature cocktail and you will not be disappointed. As a matter of fact, you will probably ask him for his schedule so you can show up every time he’s on the clock.

    If you plan to dine here, BRING CASH.. and lots of it. Had drinks at the bar before dinner.. 2 old fashions and 2 glasses of white wine before dinner. Wine was served in an small, odd shaped glass. Bill was $106.00 after tip and a $ 3.95 charge for using a card, that we were not aware of. Not crowded at all on a Fri night in comparison to the other restaurants on Clematis Stret. After our visit , I can see why. Then we were seated for dinner at an uncomfortable couch of some sort with throw pillows all over it . The only saving grace for this place is the food is good. White wine was not cold, but the red wine was??? At $16 a glass, for a mediocre wine, it should at the least be served properly. When it came time for dessert we were told they only offer 1 dessert, carrot cake! Received our check and again, we were not told that the 18% gratuity or the $13.95 card fee were added,. Too many restaurants in West Palm that have better service and food/drinks to than to ever return here.

    Great meal. Fresh ingredients. Well prepared. Great sauce, and taste texture combinations. Had Brioche appetizer and Lamb chops. Cooked perfectly, with green beans, heavenly creamy mashed potatoes. Dessert of the day, Creme Brulee. While some restaurants may serve flan and call it Creme Brulee, this was authentic, with the Brulee topping fired into a hard candy roof over the creamy custard with just a slight curdle for texture. We'll be back to sample more on the menu.

    I did the chef menu experience and the flavor of the food was so amazing , the place is beautifully decorated the atmosphere is so chill and very date night friendly and our waiter was so nice and helpful . Highly recommend for date night or any special night, this place is phenomenal and the food is even better.

    When I come here , it’s always amazing, the food is 100% perfection, the decor is just lovely . When I come I always ask for one of the best server and her name is “OLGA”. She is very professional, respectful, and does a very good job. This is a great restaurant, and it never disappoints.

    Horrible horrible experience. Waitress was in the restroom, came out and never washed her hands. The excused the behavior and never apologized. Disgusting service. So rude. Bartender walked away as we were asking a question. Happy hour is a joke. Must sit at the bar. For the price of drinks and food, they should be more accommodating to their guests. Will never go back. The place was empty and now I can see why!

    I chose this place for my birthday dinner & when it came down to the service I wish I could give them a 0. First, the waitress Natalia (who we later found out was the manager) automatically gave an unfriendly and bothered presence. When it came time for appetizers they were good. It was a party of 7 of us & all of us had received & finished our food except 1 person. When we asked about it she advised that it was burned & they have to redo it but that should have been communicated to us in the beginning. When all of us who received our orders finished we advised that we no longer wanted the entree and extra appetizer. Natalia's response (THE MANAGER) was "This is not fast food & everything is made from scratch." | found this comment extremely uncalled for and very unprofessional. When we expressed how we didn't see the need for that comment she did apologize (I didn't find it sincere more so just to placate us). She offered a complimentary dessert and proceeded to ask if I was happy now... Overall, the place is nice and the food was okay but I wouldn't come back solely on the service that we received.

    Food took way longer than it should have- three of the four meals arrived before the appetizer, one of the four meals arrived about 10 mins AFTER the appetizer. I could hear the table next to us also complaining about not getting their food as well. The waitress did her best, she comped our drinks which is nice but still not the experience I’m looking for, no one should have to wait 15-20 mins after others have gotten their food to eat.

    The restaurant has a beautiful nature and aesthetic scenery. The food is definitely worth it’s value. I did not enjoy paying 18% of included gratuity when the service did not meet its expectations.

    We made reservations and were told to go to the bar for 10 minutes until it’s ready. The table never became ready after 40 minutes of waiting. So we just sat at the bar and ordered food and received little to no service.

    Food and service were great. My one complaint is the portions. I ordered the duck confit and got a tiny little drumstick and thigh for $32. It was delicious but come on. And we ordered the meatball appetizer and it was good, but there was only 3 not four. And there was 2 of us. So we had to cut one and half! I'll probably go back though ( Especially if they promise to feed me more next time.) 😉

    Absolutely horrible place! Do not go! Booked a table for birthday dinner. Arrived and NOBODY came to hostess desk for 5 minutes for starters. Then hostess arrived, dressed very casual like she was a sports pub which thought was odd as the look of the place was upscale and the menu prices are very high. But anyhoo, sat at table and asked about the music for the evening that was advertised on their website. On website it says live dj on weekends starts at 7:30. I wanted to do some dancing after dinner which is another reason I booked this place. She said no dj only a " speakeasy jam" upstairs! Seriously wtf. So that was another strike on this place. Waited awhile and waitress finally arrived also dressed totally casual. She was very hurried and not pleasant. One of the group requested a Michelob Ultra, she said not available can only choose from 6 foreign specialty beers at $14 each!! Now seriously that is ridiculous for starters. She was very rude when we asked if anything was a light beer...then she said have a glass of wine if you don't want our beers. Didn't want wine and again options limited and started at $16 a glass for something didn't want. Ended up getting margarita, and they were average. Moving on to ordering food. The menu is ok, filter mignon was $48 comes with potatoes and spinach. All sides are $10 each. I don't like potatoes or spinach and on their sides I saw they had asparagus, so I asked could I please get that as substitute for no potatoes or spinach. She said would be extra $10...now seriously I'm removing 2 sides from my plate and you want to charge extra to get an item already on sides which also includes spinach and potatoes, so you're essentially ripping me off. This is where the waitress got very condescending and that broke the camels back! Said forget it we are not eating here give us the bill for the margarita and we're leaving. She brought the bill and they charged $22 plus tax PLUS a service tip on top of that!!! Never ever go here!!!

    -The bar upstairs IS a speakeasy bar. The website describes it as a prohibition era intimate hideaway above the kitchen AKA a speakeasy. It also states that the BAR opens at 7:30, not that the DJ starts at 7:30. -Your server became upset and rude AFTER you insulted her physical appearance and started saying profanities to her. We never want anyone to have a bad experience but the way you and your guests conducted yourselves is unacceptable, and you are not welcome back.

    Beautiful restaurant. Service was great until it got busy then our waitress disappeared. Entrees were beautifully plated but the salt level made it almost impossible to eat. We had appetizers which were delicious so we weren’t that hungry when our entrees came so we didn’t complain. The upstairs bar was closed which was a disappointment. Overall a fantastic place and we will surely return hopefully the upstairs bar will be open.

    They were out of the Champaign my wife wanted. And out iced tea. And out of every dessert on the entire menu. They rushed us, telling us the kitchen was closing soon, even though other couples were seated at the same time as us. They didn’t acknowledge it was my wife’s birthday even though I told them in advance. It was pretty awful overall.

    Went for date night with husband We have been several times before Was craving the calamari provençale Waitress bring in tuna tartare 🫤(didn’t ask for it at this point it had taken a while for this to come out), meatballs cold and raw in the middle, we wanted bottle flat water (had to wait because they didn’t have cold ones) , duck was extremely salty Super slow for the food to come out And the restaurant wasn’t even busy Don’t think we’ll go back

    Food was very good. I had the seared scallops w/risotto, and my husband had the seafood pasta. We had a cocktail at the bar before dinner. Bartender made my lychee martini perfectly. Our server could not have been more pleasant. A very nice dining experience. Good vibes all around 🤍
