We celebrated my nephew's birthday. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The music was good, although too loud for us. Only small issue was they forgot to check us in with opentable. So i had to explain that we did honor our reservation.

Ya perdi la cuenta de las veces que he regresado a King and Queen Valle de Guadalupe, me encanta el ambiente super relajado, la atencion del equipo realza la experiencia, no me han decepcionado cada que pido algo diferente del menu. Solo una observacion, poner un poco mas de atendcion en los cargos por mesa.

Wow! What an experience from the hosts to the service to the food. So many choices we had a large group and everyone was so happy with what they ordered the drinks are fun and top notch. The ambiance decor and energy are off the chain! Fun place, definitely recommend!

Such a fun, energetic party vibe restaurant/bar, and drinks we're food. Didn't taste the food as we ate at a different spot. Music too loud and hard to converstate with our friends. Staff and service were good.

A pesar de contar con una reservación, tuvimos que esperar en las escaleras del estacionamiento con demasiado frío! Posteriormente una mesa provisional afuera con calentones para lograr entrar a una mesa dentro después de 50 minutos, simple experiencia, no es queja ni sugerencia

We were returning customers celebrating a birthday, but after tonight we don’t feel safe coming back. We had a glass thrown to our table and the manager on duty (Donald) completely disregarded our safety concerns.

They rushed you and made you feel stressed. The host tells you you have 90 minutes; the second you sat down, they said you have 90 minutes again and every time they come by, they make you feel rushed. We were done way before 90 minutes but I didn’t enjoy my food because of their rushed attitude and behavior.
