Greeted at the entrance by Bella and Kati who were the Hostesses with friendly and professional hospitality along with Paige the manager. We were promptly seated and our server Mellissa was exceptional . She took our drink, appetizer ,food and desert order without writing anything down.. imagine ?? Food was delicious and deserts were fantastic!! Can not wait to return !!

Our waitress did the absolute best she could as there was no bartender and she was both serving and bartender. However, it took an hour to get our drinks and everything was incredibly slow. We felt bad for her as it wasn’t her fault.

I’m sorry to say this but, the quality of food is slipping. I have been here many times and can truly say this was the worse. We will try again in a year but they need to get it together.

My wife and I had dinner there last night and the Veal Saltimbocca was outstanding as usual. And Flyaway Draft IPA is always a great accompaniment.

A GREAT experience! the Food was amazing. Started with the Eggplant Stack & the Arancini - both outstanding. I had the Chicken Milanese w/ a watermelon & feta salad (Special). My son had the Linguini Carbonara (which I sampled) it was great. Great service as well! Def recommend!

The linguine ala Vongole wasn’t the best, a lot of it but the sauce (White wine) wasn’t great. The other 3 meals were fine. 2 were a bit pricey but they were good.

We've been here multiple times! Always a great experience!! Food, service, atmosphere, etc. Most recently, we had a large party of 13, they are always very accommodating! We're not a demanding group!! Waitress may have been a bit newer or slightly inexperienced. Just a few smaller things we noticed, as compared to past visits with other waitstaff. Regardless, we'll be back!!!!

We had a delicious meal at La Familia last night and will certainly be going back to try new things. The waitress we had was super nice and there was a lot of team work with the staff. The only thing that put a damper on things was how rushed we were. Our entrees came out before we were done with a side salad that we were splitting. 2 drinks, the salad, our meals and an espresso were all consumed and paid for in 40 minutes. If you are in a rush, that is great. Next time we go, we are going to be sure not to order our app and meal at the same time.
