   Went for Dine Out Boston and got exactly what we expected. They were out of one of the advertised desserts, but the replacement was actually my favorite dessert.

   There were plenty of table by the window, when I asked for seats there, they did not give … not sure why. Steak was over cooked, overall disappointing. This restaurant doesn’t offer welcoming atmosphere.

   The General Manager and Regional Director stopped by our table and were gracious and welcoming! Wonderful staff and the food and drinks were excellent!! Service was great!!! Have been here many times and will continue to visit often!!

   Went here for Dine Out Boston on 3/12/23. Not happy that the menu posted online (that swayed us to go here, and that we could view on our phones while seated at the restaurant) showed 8 oz filet included in Dine Out price, while the printed menu at the restaurant indicated 6 oz filet standard with $15 upcharge for 8 oz. Bait and switch, not cool. Otherwise food was excellent, service great.

   Outstanding experience!! Our server, Jared, was personable and offered high end service as did the rest of the staff. The portions were larger than expected, making our dinner one of the better values compared to the other high end restaurants in the area. Convenient location with plenty of parking options, The Palm has a great atmosphere with floor to ceiling windows and background music that makes this the perfect setting for any occasion.

   I've been to the Palm multiple times in NY and Vegas, and the food has been 5 stars. This was the first time I went to Boston, and I was very disappointed. The octopus app was overcooked, and our asparagus side was cold. I'm not sure if they had an off night, but when you spend $500 on dinner, you expect better quality food. Service was great, and steaks came out perfectly cooked.

    Very good food. Dinner is Pricey. Loved the location, ambiance & wine list. Wished I knew the shrimp sauté was so spicy & adding pasta didn’t help absorb the spiciness. I asked for light garlic but can’t imagine the amount of garlic they must put in a regular serving. Enjoyed being there w/ family & friends

    Nice atmosphere, but the food was just average for the price. Ordered a bunch of appetizers; steak tartare (no raw egg, not much flavor), prosciutto ($17 for just prosciutto on a plate), the octopus was not chargrilled and had no seasoning. Shrimp risotto was mushy, asparagus wasn't even bright green and had zero flavor. The chocolate cake had powdered sugar dumped on it, which was completely unnecessary. The Palm is much better in other locations (NYC, LV). Service was good, I think there are better places to spend your $$.

    For the price, the food was good but not outstanding. Great cut of meat but the green beans and hash browns were on the oily side, sea bass dish was good, but didn’t love the sauce on it. Great cocktails and enjoyed the ambiance and Chris, our waiter, was great.

    Great location near the Wharfs, amazing design with high ceilings. Server seemed disinterested, below average service level. Food was a let down. Kansas City Steak had little flavor. For the price, I would choose Del Friscos or Capital Grill.

    Went to the Palm for Christmas. My prime rib came out almost raw. Once reserved after cooking it, it was fatty and chewy. I returned it and ordered a petite filet/

    Christmas Eve Dinner. We ordered Calamari, Seafood Tower, Cheese board. Seafood tower was incorrect and missing Demi spoons, forks. We waited for condiments. Minutes later they brought out our dinners and tried to place them next to our full apps. This is after we had already told our server that we want a break in between our courses. Another server seen the food runners trying to put our dinners down and stopped them. By this time our server came over and said she would take them back I asked her we are not going to be served the same entrees 20 minutes later ? She replied no not at all. But guess what .. they served us the same entrees because food runner asked us if we are ready because they’re in the window. The manager never came over to apologize and the wrong app was put on our bill and paid. I had to call the restaurant and spoke with manager who acknowledged he heard about the incident to credit us back for the wrong app. I paid $1,000 for a special Christmas Eve dinner and still gave 30% gratuity because of the other staff members but did not receive the value. Very disappointed

    Dinner was fine and we enjoyed the experience. I have been there a number of times over the years. The one problem during this last visit was the service. It took forever for jus to get our food. The waiter was working his tail off so it wasn't his fault, but the kitchen was simply off the charts slow. I shouldn't need to wait 50 minutes for an appetizer of calamari.

    I didn’t think it would be that bad but it was bad. The steaks were cold and flavorless, the soup was cold, the potatoes au gratin were cubes frozen breakfast potatoes mixed with a cheese sauce. They forgot items, only came around one time for drinks. Every other Boston steakhouse is better than The Palm, including the chains.

    Not up to high end steakhouse standards. One of the soups arrived ice cold. The ribeye steak was thin and not as flavorful as it should be.

    The meatball was incredible. Our steak and tuna were both cooked to perfection. Delicious cocktails and cappuccino and expresso all executed well. Will be back for a special occasion based on price point. Loved this experience

    My team and I went to The Palm for a work farewell lunch and the food was very good. We were a group of 6 and everyone was happy with their food. I was very impressed with 3 course Power Lunch that was very reasonably priced especially for Boston. The service was good considering it was lunch and the restaurant was very busy. This was my first time at The Palm and would definitely go back

    Thankful for our server, Christopher. He was great. However, my zeppoles were not fried they seemed to have been microwaved due to the kitchen shutting down the fryer. I was told another table hadn’t ordered so I would be able to order the dessert. I ate most of it b/c I really wanted it.
